“Absolutely shocking company iv been trying for weeks to return a damaged tv unit and still no further forward with it, to return an item you have to email them as there phones are not working for some strange reason and it takes them days to reply to 1 email so pray your item doesn't come destroyed like mine was!”

“I was a returning customer, having been extremely satisfied with previous purchases, However on this occasion of the purchase of a TV corner unit, the package arrived unannounced via XPD courier service at a very inconvenient time and was left before it could be examined. On unpacking the unit was found to be damaged both on the back, which was not a great problem, but also on the front which was very noticeable, also areas of the cabinet were very poorly finished, some appearing not to have any varnish at all. Although the customer service was reasonably OK via e-mail and waiting several days for a reply, I feel that a phone call from the company could have expedited matters in a more efficient manner, the old , We are working from home and can not answer the phone excuse after a year is wearing a bit thin. Also having to make my own return labels as non were forth coming was a bit of a cheek as was the offer of a £30 reduction in the price if I kept the cabinet, the damage was most likely caused in transit but the quality was poor and customer service needs to be tweaked somewhat.”

“Although I measured for the bookcase it was much smaller than I had expected it to be which was disappointing. It is nicely made and feels really good quality on the positive side. The biggest issue was the delivery company as the box was delivered to my driveway with the driver telling me to unwrap it outside as it was covered in paint due to the warehouse staff thinking it was a laugh to open some pots of paint in the delivery lorry so that they spilled. The driver rang his boss about it who told him to “crack on “and get on with it! The driver did unwrap it outside when I said I wasn’t happy with it and take all paint covered wrapping away with him which I was grateful for but this meant I couldn’t have returned the item even if I had wanted to and left me with a driveway covered in paint which I had to clean up!”

“Very pleased with the furniture I ordered,Falmouth small display cabinet and Hampshire coffee table.I was so pleased with these items I ordered the Hampshire lamp table and nest of tables.These have been delivered and look very good in my lounge.The quality is very good, they look good and I am pleased with this furniture.Iwould like to say thank you to Roseland for great service in these difficult times.If I ever need more furniture,Roseland will be the first place I will look,Once again thanks very much”

“Initially told furniture was out of stock and would take about 12 weeks to arrive. Our hall table actually arrive within about 4-5 weeks so we were pleased with that. The quality of the furniture is very good and was very easy to assemble.”

“Brilliant furniture and service !! First time ive used Roseland. I was wary of something coming "in the post". I needn't have worried - They kept me posted every step of the way and when it arrived the chap fetched it into the porch. Next day they e mailed to see if I was 100% happy with it ( I am) - the whole transaction couldn't have gone smoother !! I will definitely be buying something else”
