“Unfortunately, we ended up returning the chair we bought, which exemplifies the perils of buying online. On the plus side, Roseland were very efficient and helpful regarding the returns arrangements.”

“I recently bought the low bookshelf and love it. The delivery was very fast although, I never received notification that the product was coming until the day of delivery. The product is well made and sturdy. There is a little chip off the wood but this is only noticeable close up.”

“This little bookcase is a lovely modern piece of furniture. Next thing I buy from you will be the matching TV cabinet. And maybe a bigger bookcase to take my bigger books. And your delivery service was so quick and it came well wrapped and protected. So much nicer than flat pack.”

“Roseland staff were helpful and furniture is good quality for the price. Only real issue was the delivery process. It was unclear and delivery men very grumpy and made no effort to protect our paintwork as they came in. 6.00am delivery was not helpful either!”

“I have only ever ordered 2 products from Roseland and both arrived damaged. In fact the replacement that was sent for the first item also arrived damaged. I will not be using them again.”
