“Service and customer service was excellent, purchased a tan 3 seat sofa which is by far the most comfortable thing I have ever sat on! I telephoned and asked when they thought it was be delivered as both me and my partner work shifts and needed to work out if one of us would be home in the expected arrival date, Dawn who took my call was so friendly and helpful she made me feel really valued as a customer and I would 100% order from this company again. Thank you!!”

“Only two of three pieces were initially delivered by the carriers. It became difficult to establish the whereabouts of the missing piece. Fortunately, Roseland staff took a positive interest in this situation. It was reassuring to know this. Subsequently the missing piece was delivered without damage. We are very pleased with the furniture supplied. We have since ordered more items which have been delivered to us without mishap. From our experiences, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its furniture.”

“The bed is beautiful…really happy with it and delivery was excellent. The only thing I would mention is that the headboard is bulky so you lose some length on the bed so if you’re tall (like us) it’s not really suitable.”

“I purchased a furniture item on the 16th of November with a 4 to 6 week delivery timescale. I finally cancelled the order this week 12 weeks after purchase as I had to wait potentially another 10 days. All members of staff were polite when I contacted. However, the lack of ability to update with clarity on delivery timescales is extremely poor and to be honest I lost the will. Sadly would not recommend.”

“I ordered an armchair with the expected delivery of 4-6 weeks, after endless chasing and being told 'it will be another week' I received it 12 and half weeks after ordering. If I had been given time honest timeline at the start I wouldn't have chosen them.”

“This review was solicited by email Alfie 4 seater sofa purchased November 21st Shipping estimate 4-6 weeks This product was delivered on February 10th almost 12 weeks after the order date. If the shipping time was 12 weeks just state the estimate on the website as 6-12 weeks instead of saying 4-6 weeks. The 4-6 week estimate was a big part of my purchasing decision and it was false information. I also paid full price for the product and then it was on sale for a much lower price 6 weeks before I received it. Word of warning on the false shipping estimates on Roseland Furniture”

I received so far 3 out of 5 ordered items and I have to tell you they are beautifully made and delivered almost fully assembled, uff what a relief 😅.
