“Very quick delivery service, beautiful item love my chair”

“Disappointed the shelves were fixed as books come in different heights. Otherwise it is fine. Delivery company was appalling. Left the bookcase in someone else's front garden, in the pouring rain, completely wrong address other than the number of the house. The owner found it when he came home and kindly brought it round. I had waited in nearly the whole day.”

“I purchased a Farrow Cream Sideboard, Farrow Cream TV Unit and a Farrow Cream Small Bookcase and Coffee Table from Rosedale Furniture. All my pieces of furniture are beautifully made and of excellent quality. All packed well and delivered in good time. I highly recommend this great Cornish company for producing amazing good quality and value for money furniture.”

“I am pleased with the Chair I bought. Good quality and comfortable. However, Roseland furniture were let down by their delivery supplier XPD. I was out when the chair was delivered so rather than calling or redelivering, they left the chair outside my house. It would have sat there for at least 6 hours. Fortunately it wasn't stolen and I got home just as it started to rain so it didn't soak through. It could have been very different. Overall, not a good customer experience.”

“Furniture is good quality. Delivery was efficient. The goods were delayed significantly though which I’m assuming is down to Covid. The coms about the delay we’re good though. Kept well informed.”

“I recently purchased a medium sideboard and matching TV unit which I ordered in Ivory. It arrived on time and was kept informed every step of the way from ordering, it was well packaged and I’m very pleased with my chosen furniture it’s made well and just what I needed to finish my new lounge area. However My only comment would be I ordered Ivory and it was more a light greyish colour very difficult to describe the actual colour so just be aware when placing your order…”

“I bought a Lanner Oak Small Bookcase and have to say it is beautiful. I love the Oakwood and the finish on it is fantastic, the corners are nicely done with soft rounded edges. I am really satisfied with the overall product as it's real hardwood and can be felt by the weight and quality of the joints. The bookshelves just about suit large envelope sized novels about 20 cm high. If you have some large textbooks then I would perhaps go with a bookshelf that has higher shelves but for reading books it's great! It probably fits approx 22 novels on each shelf on average practically”

“I really lovey the 2 items I bought from you. They fit perfectly. However my only complaint is that as a woman on her own I would have expected that the boxes would have been removed and taken away. They were so big that I found it very very difficult and heavy to get them into my car and down to the recycle depot. Maybe it’s something you could work on. Otherwise all great. Thank you.”

“My unit arrived undamaged as it had been very well packaged. My order was extremely fast. I would of liked a bit of notice though when item was going to be delivered. Wasn't able to arrange for anyone to be at home and was left on my doorstep.”
