Bedroom side tables perfect!they came assembled brilliant for me. The price amazing for the quality. Delivery really quick very impressed.

We recently bought a coffee table from Roseland. Initially it was out of stock, but Roseland notified us when a new stock came in. When it was delivered last Wednesday, my husband found it very easy to assemble. The wood looks very smart in our lounge. I would recommend Roseland to anyone who is looking for a good looking coffee table.

Great piece of furniture, extremely well packaged and protected. We are very pleased with it. Only criticism is the poor courier system, especially the lack of tracking information about when it will be dispatched. Only found out it was dispatched on the actual day it was delivered. Not really practical if you have to make arrangements to be in. The item was left in front of the house in full view of the road, rather than following the safe delivery instructions given.

Happy with quality of furniture. Disappointed when delivered was left in my front garden. Had asked for it to be left with my neighbour. Tracking your delivery wasnt easy to use?

Received 1 item last week. Expecting 2, 2 on paperwork. Told coffee table still in warehouse. Then told it had been delivered. It wasnt. Took photo of house and my signature off driving licence for them to investigate delivery. Told on day 3 it woukd be delivered today 18.30 to 20.30. Got home at 4.30. Coffee table shoved or rather rammed into one of my wheelie bin storage units on side of house. So the door to one of wheelue bins snapped off and also the top. Got home. Lifted box into house myself. Unpacked it. Started putting it together only to discover the draw compartment totally snapped. I am sick and tired of firstly.chasing order and being given run around. Taking time off for delivery, which as above. Now £200 of damage done, wheelie bin storage now useless unfixable. Now have a box in my lounge with the item I was waiting for left until DP pick up!!! Previously cancelled orders with furniture village as they take 6 months to deliver. Re ordered with Roseland as I have purchased all bedroom fixtures from them. Now so disappointed waiting to hear back what exactly they are going to do about this as one hand doesnt seem to know what the other is doing!!!!

I am pleased with the furnitures but at the same time very disappointed with the delivery system. After I received the e-mail from Roseland that my furniture has been despatched, I phoned Roseland and requested them to ensure that their courier company contacts me before delivery and just does not turn up as I have to arrange to dispose off the old furniture to make room for the new ones. I gave detailed and clear instructions on this matter and I was promised and backed up by an e-mail that the couriers will be informed as such. Unfortunately, the very next day the couriers rang me to say my furniture will be with me within a couple of hours. When I said it not be possible to have the furnitures today, I was basically told they were already in the van and nothing could be done. I rang Roseland but regrettably the person I spoke to obviously was not interested in resolving the issue. From all the good reviews I read on Roseland which was instrumental in my placing order with them, I had hoped that they were much better in their customer service but I regret that they turned out to be the same as others who once they have your money, is not interested any further.
