I am very pleased with my purchase of the oak coffee table the wood is much nicer than i thought it would be and the service was good delivery was exactly as you said it would be I would definitely order from your company again Thankyou

The furniture was excellent, and exactly what was described. Well made and extremely well packaged. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the confusion caused by the courier company that Roseland use. I didn’t know when the delivery was going to take place until very late notice and was given misleading information at the start of the delivery process. But I want to emphasis that the furniture products themselves were superb.

Your furniture is great but annoyed with delivery as no notice of arrival so left on our doorstep in rain for not sure how long but also was hoping for help moving it! So delivery very poor indeed.

We are really pleased with our Bookcase that we recently purchased from Roseland Furniture. It fits perfectly into our home. The only negative thing was it's delivery, I found an email in my spam the day after it was delivered to our neighbours house, which arrived at 7.30am on the day of delivery saying delivered would be that day between 10.30 - 12.30, but it arrived at 14.08! However, no note was left in our house to say it had been delivered. Usually, when I've had items delivered before I have always had a text or email at least the day before the delivery. This is why you only have 4/5 and puts us off ordering from you again.

This review relates to the 'London Oak' nest of small tables. The quality of the product is excellent. The reason I have given them 4 stars is because of the scope to improve their communication relating to the progress of orders. I was told the item would take 4-6 weeks to arrive, and it did take 6 weeks. From the confirmation of order email the next one I had was 6 weeks later to say that the item had been despatched. As it was at the upper end of the delivery window, and I had had no further updates, I was concerned and about to chase it. Perhaps an interim stage in the order process saying 'your order is being processed and we estimate it will be despatched on xx/xx/xx'. would be helpful.

The London Oak nest of tables is nothing like the rest of the range in colour or design, very disappointed with it and company’s attitude, fobbing me off with excuses li’ it’s a natural product. I know that, that’s why we like it.

I'm delighted with my sideboard now it has arrived. Was disappointed with how long it took to arrive. It does say 4-6weeks when you order but it took the full 6 weeks. Actual delivery made me very angry, got a message in the morning saying it would arrive that afternoon. Not acceptable, luckily my neighbour took it in. I think they need to use better couriers, most inform you well in advance and enable you leave instructions without having to download an App.

I ordered a solid oak blanket box and it is perfect. Beautifully made and it has a safe lid hinge which makes it work well as a toy box. I had to wait 6 weeks for it to be delivered but once it was dispatched I was kept well informed as to when it would arrive. I am delighted with my order.

The furniture itself is fine for the price, which was relatively inexpensive. The courier that you use in Glasgow is dreadful. They dump furniture outside the house in all weathers, take a photo and run, literally, to the van to leave as fast as possible. They appear to steal items and they lie about deliveries. Also, your customer service, whilst prompt to reply, is bonkers since you have a different person answer each email, and multiple people getting involved which makes things as clear as mud. I won't be using Roseland Furniture again.

The products and the business admin are excellent and that is what matters. The lead times are accurate but do require a bit of forward planning. This is my second purchase from Roseland Furniture
