“After many months of searching for the right piece of furniture to sit in a particular area, I came across the Roseland site. I am delighted with my new purchase of a small sideboard, It fits into the space perfectly. I would definitely recommend friends and family to check out your site.”

“Great quality wood furniture BUT if they state they will be using XDP Couriers to deliver, you would be better off going elsewhere (read reviews on them onTrustpilot). Again furniture I cannot fault and would buy again...if a different courier service”

“The items of furniture I received were fine. However, the mechanism for delivery by the carrier, and Roseland's unsympathetic response to my complaints, mean that I will never again order from Roseland - and I would have ordered another bedside table. First, it was not clear, at the point of online purchase, that the carrier would not take it to my actual flat (I'm second floor); but more importantly, it was stated that the carrier would contact me regarding the delivery date and time window. The carrier arrived entirely unnanounced - luckily I was in on that day and at that time - and was little short of rude. The fact that my delivery was some week late didn't bother me quite as much as the random nature of the delivery.”

Hello Daniel Altmann We are sorry tat we did not meet your expectations with delivery, our delivery instructions are clear on our website and we do offer other services. The courier is supposedto contact the customer with a 2 hour window for delivery, this is done via email. Kind regards Roseland

“The London oak TV stand looks nice . The delivery time was reasonable . Built quality is better than average . Only gripe was I got a courier dispatch notice on the Monday and no further information until it turned up here about 3 or 4 days later . This is annoying when you have to sit in for days at a time when you don't know when something is coming . So I would say communication could improve . But other that all good ☺️”

“Really impressed how the items were packaged but unfortunately although ordered together (Surrey large chest of drawers and two bedside tables) they did not match, I contacted customer services and provided pictures, they couldn't guarantee any replacements would match so if I wished to return items I could but would have to pay, which as it is not my fault I believe I shouldn't have to pay, I asked if they could discount the bedside tables, which would allow me money towards purchasing two more bedside tables, but they said no, so I will not be making any further purchases.”

Hello Peter Fallows Thank you for the feedback, the items you have are from the same range, there are variations in the wood colourings/graining / natural marks on natural wood, so this may look as they do not match. We do charge a returns fee for items that are returned when there is nothing wrong with them. What we cannot guarantee is the variation in the wood colouration or graining or natural marks.
