“Everything worked. The website gives good accurate pictures and information. The ordering process was straightforward. Delivery was within about a week, with warning of the delivery date. And the small TV stand I bought is perfect. Well-made, attractive and fully-assembled (you just have to attach the drawer knobs). I have added castors to the legs, and this was easy - the wood is good quality and took the drill holes well. Extremely pleased. Good value for money (compared to an awful thing I bought from Wayfair).”

“Received promptly. Unpacked and the back of drawer fell apart. Tacked and glued it back together. Didn’t want the hassle of sending it back. Put me off ordering tv cabinet to match. Was cheap but you get what you pay for I guess”

Hello Ola Kaminska We are sorry you did not like the colour of the item, I sorry that you thought the item was black, it is a dark colour and we do not state black on the webpage the colours available are blush /grey/mustard & Ink. “I still havent heard back from your customer service team that I emailed almost 2 weeks ago. I havent recieved the parts to assemble my desk which I ordered from you as I needed asap and have not been able to use it. 3-5 working days should be the max time to wait to hear back from a company and your auto email has specifically requested not to contact you more than once.”

“Disappointed with the delivery. The item was left outside my front door without alerting me to the fact that it had been left. Fortunately my neighbour noticed this and rang my door bell to let me know of its arrival because some of the plastic outer covering was slightly damaged and it was raining heavily. Thus leaving the item vulnerable to water damage. Pam Copas”

“Communication leaves a lot to be desired. Also despite my furniture being in a local couriers depot on the Friday, it was not delivered to me until the following Tuesday, with no notice”
