“Piece of furniture is great. On down side had to chase as not delivered and discovered just left in warehouse. Secondly deliverers just left package on doorstep after their email was delivered too late to alter delivery plans.”

“The quality was average - lightweight, and not 100% oak. I worry that the longevity will be limited. Communication was pathetic - the first I knew of the delivery date was a call from the driver 5 minutes before he arrived. It's also worth being careful with the delivery - when they say "kerb-side", they really mean it”

We do not state that it is 100% Oak, the description is stated on the webp0age, we are sorry if you missed this. the delivery is done by courier service and is to the door only. “The order wasn’t delivered within the timeframe stipulated and the delivery company left the furniture on my front driveway when it did arrive! Was told it would arrive on the Thursday - didn’t come and with no notification it arrived when I was out 2 days later. The furniture itself was poorly put together showing dowling fitments. Roseland dealt promptly with my complaint about the poor quality and gave me 3 options - exchange (after delivery timescale and delivery fiasco I wasn’t keen on this choice), full refund or a discount on the item received. I received a small discount and decided to keep the furniture as it wasn’t visible to visitors and I didn’t want the hassle of dealing with the delivery company again. However, I then discovered the handles to the drawers didn’t fit! My partner sorted it out with a bit of brute force and wood tools but given the price I paid I’m not happy. Will steer clear of ordering from Roseland Furniture in the future.”

“I ordered 2 pieces of furniture from this company. Both were delivered within 2 weeks however one piece was damaged on delivery therefore both returned with delivery van. On emailing company problem was dealt with promptly and 2 new pieces of furniture delivered within 10 days. Thank you for you prompt action.”

“Very disappointed. We have previously purchased furniture from Roseland and we’re very satisfied with the furniture and service. However, we placed an order for 4 matching items of bedroom furniture in December 2021. We we notified that all items would be delivered in February 2022. However only 3 items were delivered 2 weeks ago and no one at Roseland can locate the 4th item (‘it’s with our courier’) or provide us with an expected delivery date or a replacement item.”
