“Very pleased with the Farrow bookcase - quality and finish is excellent and I didn't have to assemble it. It looks great on our newly decorated landing. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is the sub-standard service provided by the courier XDP Express - they nearly caused me to cancel the order. But hey, all's well that ends well.”

“Furniture is lovely and quality is good and price good. Unfortunately they say in stock but it's in a container in another country and you have to wait upto six weeks. Customer Service staff were really helpful apart from one really un helpful one who was rude and nasty pity .”

“I purchased the Surrey Oak Mini Bookcase and I am delighted with it. It perfectly fits my needs, looks very smart, matches very well with my other oak furniture and is also extremely good value. As it was in stock when I ordered it I feel it could have been despatched a little quicker as after a week I had to contact Roseland for an update. It was despatched very quickly after my query so my communication with Roseland was excellent.”

“My furniture was despatched within the agreed time, and is of very high quality. The only issue I have is the courier - XDP - who they used to deliver my order. They are the worst courier I have ever encountered, so if you are unfortunate enough to have XDP deliver to you, expect them to not turn up at the agreed time, then turn up out of the blue when you are not home, mark your item as delivered and then never respond to your emails or calls and their app is useless. Thankfully, the customer service at Roseland is very good and they sorted out the issues with XDP for me. If i order from them again, I will request a different courier”

“Great company from start to finish. Unit was delivered and as described. Unfortunately a slight amount of damage meant I did have to be returned but I called to Customer Services and it was picked up and exchanged within a week. Customer Services were fantastic. Delivery company let me know every step of the way when they would be with me including a call from the driver half an hour before he arrived. Would definitely recommend purchasing from this company and I know I will be using them again in the near future”

“Have previously left a review whereby I have been critical of Roselands policy of stating 4 to 6 weeks delivery. Throughout the order awaiting period you have no idea really of when the items will be delivered. Contact with CS will give you the same answer. Shame as when finally items arrive they were well packaged , arrived when stated and if really good quality. If you can improve on delivery times with an approx date this would give the customer more confidence of the expected delivery.”

Logistics at present are a little slow from the distribution centres. this is all due to transport availability at present. Kind regards Roseland
