“The furniture was fine the low rating is for the delivery! No contact regarding day or time, the door bell rang and I opened the front door to find it just left on the doorstep!”

“Really pleased with my order and fantastic quality of furniture the only disappointing part was the delivery company used-XDP, I wasn't informed of the delivery date in advance, I received a text on the day with the time slot giving me only 15 mins to arrange someone to be in to accept the delivery which for large items it would have been less stressful if I could have chosen a re-delivery date that other delivery companies provide.”
