Your furniture is good quality and value for money. However, the suppliers for the delivery of goods, is poor. I have bought a sideboard and bookcase from you on two separate occasions. One delivery in Essex and the other in Norfolk. Both times the estimated two hour delivery spot was way out. One turned up at 10:30pm expected between 5 and 7pm and was dumped on my door step for me to take into the house on my own as the driver was stressed beyond belief and just wanted to get to the next delivery slot. The other was expected 5:15 to 7:15pm, but arrived the next day and was left in the garden. It was impossible to contact the delivery company and no one contacted me for updates or explanation as to what was happening. For this reason, although your products are very good, I would think hard about purchasing anything again, or recommending Roseland to others. Which is a real shame.

I wanted a ready assembled small grey bookcase and this fitted the bill. The shelves are perhaps a cm or so smaller than I would like but the bookcase looks good and seems a solid construction. It was delivered quickly and in very secure packaging

No notification of delivery until 16/3 when we were told it had gone to carriers. Immediately 'phoned to say we would not be at home for a few days although we understood that if no one at home item would be taken back to depot. This was not the case and furniture remained on the doorstep in full view of passers-by until a neighbour contacted a relative who had to make a special journey to put it into the house. Since returning home we have had Covid and now find that one of the handles is extremely poor being corroded/rusty, and another starting to go the same way. Please replace.

I wasn’t impressed by the quality. The veneer is missing or damaged in places, the framing below the shelves is visible, and the joints in the timber have gaps and are poor. Also, the surface finish isn’t good. I have other other modern oak furniture in the same room and the Roseland unit stands out as not being in the same league as the other units.

Absolutely shocking, take an order for an item of furniture then after two weeks email to say it’s not in stock. Offer replacements with nothing similar to the original item of furniture. Wouldn’t use again.

The Console table looks good but the drawer had no runners, when opening the drawer it makes a terrible noise of wood scrapping on woodlands

Hello Bernard All our items have drawers made in te traditional way, if the drawer is slightly "sticky" I find that rubbing a plain candle along the bottom & sides seems to work quite well. we are pleased that youlike the item. Kind regards Roseland

Unfortunately there were some issue and delays with the delivery of the product we ordered. When we finally received and unpacked the 2 seater sofa that we had ordered, there were a number of scags in the materials and marks on the seat pads which left us unsatisfied. We are unlikely to order from here again.

A nice well made tallboy chest of drawers which fitted into a small space in my bedroom. It holds a lot of things e.g jewellery boxes, perfumes, scarves, hairdryer and still room for some other accessories. I only gave four stars to Roseland furniture as the delivery company used is dreadful. I constantly had to track where my furniture was and once it had reached the delivery depot it was there for five days. I wrote an email to the delivery company (XDP) twice and did get a response However a day after receiving it on the 23/03/22 (after the given 2 hour slot) I had a query from the person from the XDP office, who had responded to the email, asking where the piece of furniture was and that it had not been recorded as being delivered. Very poor communication. Although I am pleased with this piece of furniture I will never buy from your company again because it caused a lot of stress over two weeks and I couldn't leave the house for two weeks. It's just as well I'm retired. I order online a lot and have never been as disappointed with a delivery, even taking into account the delays which have happened during Covid. I would suggest that if you do not want to lose customers get a contract with a better delivery company !.

Very nice TV unit and quick response to my order. I received notice of despatch and a notification from courier that they had collected it. From that point on I was left in the dark and was not notified of the intended delivery date. Delivery was a few days longer than advertised on the website and arrived on a Sunday. Roseland are being let down by their chosen courier. The furniture was made in Vietnam but I don't think that info was on the website with the item's description.
