“I’d like to write a glowing review. But my tables have not arrived. The courier has said they’ve been delivered and signed for! But no, not the case. Hope the tables will be lovely- if I ever get them!”

“The coffee table arrived before delivery date well packaged, quality is ok for what it cost, when went to assembled it bolt missing , it took 5 days to get one sent to us, it could of been sent out first class”

“The bedside cabinets were not as described. Solid oak was all oak veneer on a non oak frame. The shelf was just a thin veneer over a frame.All very poor quality. However the customer services dealt with the complaint very well. Arranged collection of the delivered piece, cancelled the other two units and credited my account.”

“Very pleased with the Farrow bookcase - quality and finish is excellent and I didn't have to assemble it. It looks great on our newly decorated landing. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is the sub-standard service provided by the courier XDP Express - they nearly caused me to cancel the order. But hey, all's well that ends well.”

“Furniture is lovely and quality is good and price good. Unfortunately they say in stock but it's in a container in another country and you have to wait upto six weeks. Customer Service staff were really helpful apart from one really un helpful one who was rude and nasty pity .”
