“Roseland furniture are a high quality producing company. I bought a chest of drawers for a bedroom and was well pleased in every sense by the product and value. Sadly I would not wish to purchase any further products unless they used an alternative delivery agent who proved inflexible, difficult to deal with and far less helpful than many of the competition couriers. Sad.”

“Awful customer service. Cant comment on the quality of the furniture as their delivery partner is the awful and no one seems to know (3 weeks after ordering 'in stock's items) where the furniture is. I've been in contact with customer services 4 times to get this resolved - polite, but unable to resolve. So if you actually want furniture, I'd go somewhere else where you know it will actually be delivered.”

“Good quality furniture well made and delivered well packaged. We are a bit disappointed that you cannot store paperbacks vertically and get them out, due to the lip on the top of each shelf. A few more inches height for each shelf and it would be perfect.”

“Colour was nothing like described. I even went to Farrow & Ball shop to get sample match to ensure it matched my other one. It didn’t even match sample described. No notification of delivery date. Came home to find it dumped at front porch in middle of storm Eunice! Had to wait till neighbour was home to lift into house as too heavy for 1 person.”

I am sorry about the colour the colour you mentioned in your email is slightly different to the colour we recommend.
