I ordered a solid oak blanket box and it is perfect. Beautifully made and it has a safe lid hinge which makes it work well as a toy box. I had to wait 6 weeks for it to be delivered but once it was dispatched I was kept well informed as to when it would arrive. I am delighted with my order.

The furniture itself is fine for the price, which was relatively inexpensive. The courier that you use in Glasgow is dreadful. They dump furniture outside the house in all weathers, take a photo and run, literally, to the van to leave as fast as possible. They appear to steal items and they lie about deliveries. Also, your customer service, whilst prompt to reply, is bonkers since you have a different person answer each email, and multiple people getting involved which makes things as clear as mud. I won't be using Roseland Furniture again.

From ordering my furniture to delivery I cannot fault Roseland Furniture. I was kept informed at every step of the way. I would recommend the company to anyone.

The products and the business admin are excellent and that is what matters. The lead times are accurate but do require a bit of forward planning. This is my second purchase from Roseland Furniture

I ordered a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. When the delivery arrived it was just the wardrobe and bedside table. I was told the chest of drawers would follow. When I unpacked the wardrobe many of the screws and fixings were missing. Very frustrating. To add insult to injury, after two hours I attemped to leave the building. The chest of drawers had been left literally in front of the door, it clearly was on the lorry but the delivery team had mislaid it. As a small care home, this is how all staff go in and out and is a fire exit. We were unable to get in or out. The next morning I emailed Roseland, once about the missing fittings, secondly about the unacceptable delivery. Roseland ignored the email about the heavy furniture left in front of the door and said they would "speak to the spares department". I heard nothing back. That was a week ago. I have managed to purchase the missing bolts and screws privately but the customer service is shockingly bad. I believe in giving a company time to rectify a problem - they clearly don't care about customer satisfaction , rectifying mistakes or saying sorry.

The small sideboard I ordered was carefully packed and promptly delivered. It is solidly constructed and fits in well to the space available.

5-stars for the products purchased (bookcase, tv stand and nest of tables). Nice quality and well priced. However, the delivery process is a farce. Company unable to give any indication when items will arrive. Delivery is outsourced to XPD who also are unable (unwilling) to give any meaningful advance notice. The best you chance hope for is a 2-hour advance warning they are coming - and that's it. If you can't make it home in time, you're stuffed. They have a tracking app which isn't fit for purpose too. Our 1st delivery only had two items. Queried with Roseland, who said they'd chase up - but no promises when delivery would happen of course. 2nd delivery, guy arrived, only to find that our missing item hadn't been put on the van. He only realised when he got to ours. Eventually delivered third time. The drivers are very friendly, in fairness. Would happily buy more Roseland furniture, but never will again due to their shambolic delivery arrangements. They need to hold their delivery company to account. Seems they're letting the tail wag the dog too much, so to speak.

Excellent company to deal with. Site is easy to navigate around and itโ€™s good that you know whether the goods are in stock or not. Regular emails keep you informed of delivery options. The item I ordered arrived the day after ordering. It was well packaged and looked great when I took it out of the box. Very well pleased all round and I thoroughly recommend the company.

We bought a piece of furniture and although it was beautiful quality, it didnโ€™t look right in our room once it was here. The team at roseland couldnโ€™t have been more helpful and made the return really easy.

The small sideboard arrived quickly and was well packed. Minor fitting of draw handles and it was ready to put in place and use. Colour exactly as shown and solid little sideboard.
