“We bought the vintage cupboard and are absolutely thrilled with it! It is excellent quality, came well packaged and has been much admired by everyone. It sits in our hallway so seen by everyone! Communication on delivery was spot on and I would highly recommend Roseland to everyone. Please source more items for your vintage range as it is so different to anything else we have seen. Next purchase will probably be one of your sofas! Amazing value! Well done!”

“Initially i was really pleased with the customer service, with an email saying my order had been dispatched within a few days. A month after placing my order i received an email saying that the order had never been processed and had not been dispatched. I would have thought a proportionate part refund, as a goodwill gesture, might have been appropriate, no such offer was made. I'm yet to receive my sofa”

“I was wondering what kind of review I can write about hte Roseland Furniture, as I have not received my order. To the point I emailed Roseland Customer Services past the delivery deadline to find out what has happened to my order as the indication was that the consignment was picked up by the XDP delivery service about a fortnight ago. I have not heard about my +GBP300 order since. I had another order in mind but since I have not got what the company promised to deliver within 5-7 working days I shall stay away from it and start contemplating a refund.”

“Nice blanket box arrived very well packaged, disappointed that the underside of the box had been left as untreated wood,the grey paint used on the item had not been applied. I applied a layer of varnish myself to treat the wood.”

“We are very pleased by the quality and appearance of our small grey sideboard. It is well made, solid and attractive. On arrival we found the packaging very efficient and strong. We had a slight concern about one of the drawer handles, but our email query was handled promptly and courteously and within a day we had received a new handle. We would thoroughly recommend this company to others.”
