TV stand badly damaged and unusable and the sideboard not to an acceptable standard.

The furniture was delivered in two separate batches, the first was delivered to and left at the wrong house. The driver who delivered the second batch kindly picked up the first batch but did manage to leave one piece which I picked up myself. Delivery men are told not to take furniture upstairs but there is no way I could lift the pieces myself so he very kindly agreed to do it but I needed to help and having previously damaged my back this was a real struggle. The furniture was easy to build, the bedside chests and dressing table are acceptable but the wardrobe is damaged in three places.

I was told me order would be delivered on a day and was given a time slot by the couriers but nothing was delivered. It’s now been nearly a week and I had no correspondence and still no delivery. I chased yourselves yesterday and today you told me there was an issue with the couriers. It was a week before I was told this and had to chase myself.

First table came damaged. Then sent a replacement one and it was damaged also. I was able to fix the second one myself so I kept that one.

The cabinet itself is of good quality, unfortunately my elderly mother lives in a maisonette and was unable to get it up the stairs as the delivery driver refused. There is no obvious place on your website that states you need to request if you live in a flat and require 2 delivery people to carry it. My mother called Roseland and they wasn't interested as they already had her money. The charming delivery driver left the item in the hall way, my elderly mother then had to squeeze past it to get in and out of her house for a few days till we could get to her house and carry it up.

When we received the small bookcase, the backing was completely detached. I sent an email and phoned the next day. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and we are now awaiting a replacement bookcase. Lets hope this one is in one piece. Regards Linda

The quality was not up to the usual standard as of my last order that was perfect. The leg was slightly bowed and was a bit dificult to assemble.the finnish was not up to standard either.

I am still waiting for my delivery. It is scheduled for tomorrow. Disappointed, it was originally by the 30th not the 5th!

We ordered 8 pieces of furniture, we only have 3 to date and nobody seems to quite know where the other pieces are! Totally disorganised delivery system, virtually no communication and who knows when I met get my furniture. On the positive side, what I do have is nice!
