I would never buy anything from this Company again. The first sideboard went missing and was supposedly left in a "safe place". Another was sent out to me a week later and had no knobs on the doors. I AM STILL WAITING on replacement knobs two weeks later. The quality of the sideboard is lacking too. You get what you pay for.

have had order for 6 days cant build unitcause one of legs insert is out of line rang up explained the fault and she said they would replace faulty part have had any contact from you,i would like to what is going on as we stand ITS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, gordon fitzpatrick 02157423816,

The sideboard was damp. The middle door on the cupboard is blistered. 1 cupboard door won't close nor will 2 draws. I have sent a E Mail to ask to have a refund and get the sideboard uplifted. still waiting for a reply. Please Help . I

Delivery was quick. Unfortunately an item we ordered was damaged on arrival. The other item we ordered is nice for the price we paid but the finish isn't great. Roseland responded quickly and are giving us a full refund for the damaged item without any fuss but I wouldn't order again.

Although the sideboard looks ok now unfortunately one of the doors would not close the hinge was bent which I repaired and one of the draw stops was broken again which I had to repair, a little disappointing

The bookcase bought looks great and is perfectly good and functional. However on the downside the backing board is coming apart in one corner, which is not a major issue but what is, is that the legs are cut very poorly so that the bookcase can only be levelled with paper pushed under them.

The Surrey Blanket Box arrived and on opening I could see several defects in the workmanship of the product, gaps, staple /fixing marks, a chip, wood cut too short to cover frame fully, these are small marks and unless you look in detail you may not notice immediately but they are present and I expected the box to match the first box we purchased.

We have today received 4 items - 2 are damaged in very visible places. I have rang & sent photos but haven't heard anything back yet.

The furniture is ok. The delivery was very poor, no text or email. Eventually found it on the tracking but it was being delivered that day, no warning, and was at work. No note through the door to say anything, found it had been delivered to neighbours but they had to come and tell us. Emailed but never had a reply. Rubbish and rude.

Let down by the delivery not arriving on two occasions. Let down by Roseland then not rushing to rearrange the delivery.

The unit is fine except that it was (and still is in places) smothered with oil. I have spent at least an hour so far trying to remove the sticky substance. I have never received a piece of furniture in this state before.

The sideboard is good, but they didn’t send the right screws to fit the door knobs on. The wrong screws also for the drawer handles. I would appreciate it if you would send them to me thank you. Valerie Morris.

Bought several pieces of furniture and the sideboard and coffee table arrived damaged. Only 2 out of the 4 chairs arrived; then other 2 came later. The coffee table was replaced with another damaged table. Furniture is ok quality; made in Vietnam; certainly not UK. Overall would not recommend.
