Very disappointed in the service and quality of the furniture. First there was a problem with my order. After receiving a text to say it had been shipped I should have received it two days later. As I hadn’t received it I contacted them to find there had been a problem so they had to send another one. When I received that one it was damaged and the leg was completely shears off. The item is described as quality oak through out but the only piece of oak looks to me as if it’s just the top. Would not recommend to my friends.

I have yet to receive the items bought Dec 8 (with additional express delivery payment) nor have I had any notification from the dispatch company as advised.

I paid an extra £10 for express delivery and expected it by the 11th of December. I still have not received it.

I recently purchased two bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. I was not in when they said the delivery would be delivered, (window between 18:00 and 20:00 they arrived at 15:29) luckily someone was available to take delivery. Furniture well packaged but when opening, the chest of drawers was very badly damaged at all corners, had been through quality control??? wood split and definitely has to go back, very disappointed as the quality is good but why send a broken unit can't understand, as it was never damaged in transit as the packaging too good.

Very prompt delivery, packed in boxes ok.....BUT...... when unboxed both lamp tables where damaged. One far worse than the other. Rang Roseland to explain the problem, they then arranged collection, while promising a full refund...so no actual problem with their service.

Have used Roseland before and been very happy, however I ordered 7 items recently and 3 were damaged on delivery. I got back in touch with Roseland who offered an exchange a few days later. When the 3 new items came, I opened one to check and saw that this was also damaged. The deivery driver insisted that he could not split the order, so took the original 3 damaged items back as well as the 3 new items. I was the told that a new dlivery was arranged for 2 days later, but it never turned up! I phoned once again and was promised that the delivery would take place two days later and I would receive a ‘gesture of good will’, which I am still waiting for! I have since recived emails from roseland and the delivery company trying to arrange to pick up the original damamged items which have all gone back!!

Unable to review as after 2 weeks still waiting on delivery. On telephoning I was informed item had not been picked up by courier but although was told delivery should now be beginning of week commencing 3rd December, I still have not had confirmation of this.

Had to ring and request a replacement as the telephone table had a poor quality finish: faded legs, concentration of staining in corners and chipped. Very disappointed as the design is great and the item fits nicely in our hallway.

Poor organisation with courier leaving a sideboard in the rain. No handles with cupboards and still waiting for them to arrive. Customer Service were quick to respond by e-mail however I still feel aggrieved and am hoping that my furniture doesn't crack or spoil.

The larder unit was well made and if rating the product only would have given 4* But my low rating reflects the second rate delivery and customer service support for this company They seem to have an official policy of ignoring any customer comments that are negative . Despite my initial comments I would certainly not buy anything from them again or recommend to any future customer . Such a shame because I think the actions required to improve the whole customer experience are really quite easy .

Firstly,I ordered 3 matching items for my living room and with a delivery date for Saturday,17/11/18,2 items arrived,I rang Roseland at 10.30 am,took a very long time to answer,I explained the problem and I was told they would look into it and ring me back,they did not ring back so I rang them,was i formed that the missing item had been delivered to Scotland instead,arrangements made for delivery today,Saturday,24/11/18,item delivered as arranged,packing damaged and upon opening packing I found the item to be damagec also,I gave a poor review as I realise that it wasn't fully the fault of Roseland,can't give a good review of items yet as only had them one week,not a satisfied customer.

I am sorry to report that we are not happy with all our purchases. A lamp table went missing and took 2 weeks extra to arrive and the Dunmore Chest of Drawers arrived damaged and had to be returned.

We received the table we ordered promptly. On open the box we noticed the drawer runner was broken, Fortunately we were able to repair it as it was easier than having all the inconvenience of returning it

No information received on delivery of item, when i phoned to ask when delivery would be, i was told it should have already been delivered and another item would be dispatched. Delivery date was agreed but the item was delivered the day before, it was only sheer luck that someone was home to take it in, most disappointed with this service.

Well wrapped when received but when we took it out of the box the unit was badly damaged, this was obviously damaged in the factory before packing but there was an inspection label saying it had been inspected. I contacted Roseland straight away and they made arrangements for the unit to be picked up and we have received a full refund.

Online site and ease of buying very good. What really lets it down is the courier. Never turned up on first day then no further communication. Had to make several calls to find out the time it was being delivered again on rescheduled date. Item did arrive but it's damaged so waiting on replacement. Aftercare team were great but whole experience has put me off ordering again.

Great furniture, very bad delivery service. Only ordered as I’d checked in advance I could have furniture on a specified date, which I was told I could. However, furniture left 4 days before agreed date, this time not outside my apartment, but in communal area and could have been stolen. It wasn’t discovered until days later. The box states two persons are needed to move it, which is another reason I stated a specific date, as I’m a loan female. Left to move very heavy furniture - not impressed.
