Having used them before I was disappointed to receive a damaged product, however the packaging was good and this things happen. What was 'poor' was the Customer Service' I received. I was told to wrap the item back up, not easy and a collection and replacement was arranged for a weeks time meaning I had a unit blocking my hall for a week - on the day NOTHING. I had to call them to find nothing had been done - this time I spoke to a lovely lady who emailed me confirmation and did what she said she would, however I feel very let down. I was planning to order another item but am now not so sure.

Promised delivery,so waited at home all day. Eventually at past 16.30 rang them to be told something had gone wrong with their courier . Cancelled purchase.

Unfortunately the TV stand ordered arrived faulty and had obviously been damaged in transit by careless delivery company. Had to be returned. Still waiting for a refund.

I have purchase a number of items from Roseland furniture and so far all have been very good quality. However, I am very unimpressed with their delivery contractor on my recent order. I ordered a sideboard and coffee table on the 31 July and was advised by Roseland that its had been dispatched to delivery firm on the 8th August. I had heard nothing by the 13th August so send an email to Roseland enquiring how my delivery was doing. I received a prompt reply the same day to advise me that they had checked and could see my items where with delivery form and they had asked then to ring me that day the 13th August. I received a call from delivery firm on the evening of the 14th August advising me that it might be possible to deliver my items that Friday the 16th August. I said this was the one day it would be difficult for me to take the delivery. The guy said not to worry and he would call me within 24 hours with a revised date. Its now two days later the 16th August and still not call from delivery firm. Very disappointed in performance of delivery firm. I have no problem with the time it takes to get my order if I know. However, to tell me its on the way and then take such a long time to get it to me is disappointing. In comparison I ordered a dinning table & Chairs and a nest of tables from Oak Furniture Land and despite it saying free delivery could be between 14 and 21 days it was here in 5 days. I am unable to comment on quality of recent items as still waiting delivery.

The product - a large bookcase - was appallingly. It arrived with one of the feet broken, and once we had taken it (carefully) upstairs to my study the top had come off and there were various cracks in the MDF. For the product - zero; however, the customer service has redeemed the disastrous score as I asked for a partial refund and it was accepted immediately.

Delivery was prompt and cabinet looks lovely. However there was a crack to the front and back of cabinet which sadly is clearly evident which was extremely disappointing and let’s the product completely down. I did send an email regarding this but received no reply or offer of resolution It’s a shame as I was hoping to buy the coffee table and lamp to match, but can’t be spending good money on damaged products.

UNFORTUNATELY I cant write a positive review as the sideboard i purchased is and looks cheaply made and badly finished on the inside,not to mention I had an extra £35 to pay for delivery in the UK. Northern Ireland is British and part of the UK. It was placed up-side-down in my home having to ask for it to be brought inside.Roselands advert said it would be placed in any room i wanted, the delivery company takes it no further than the front door! The sideboard has a dinge at the front,top.Regrets, Isa.

Ordered 2 bedside tables. One of them ok although drawers very loosely fitting. However, the other had a noticeable gap between one side of the cabinet and each of the 3 drawers - no where near flush.. In addition, one of the joints left out of place and protruding from front of cabinet. This had clearly not been inspected prior to despatch and neither cabinet looked as good as they did on the website!. Really should have sent the second one back but couldn't be bothered with all the hassle. Would not recommend Roseland and will not be giving them any repeat business.

I ordered a triple wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table and two bedside tables in Surrey Oak. Delivery was sooner than anticipated and there was plenty of communication between the carrier and myself. The two men who delivered took the furniture to the room requested which was the bedroom. All went well until the top of the wardrobe had to go up. They just weren't strong enough to lift it and to be honest it was very heavy. In the interests of their health and safety I advised them to leave it in the hall, we would unpack it and take it upstairs bit by bit and this is what two 70+ year olds did. The correct amount of bolts for the dressing table was not given and so my husband had to drive to our nearest DIY store to buy more. We were pleased with all of our purchases except the wardrobe, two of the doors do not fit properly. And don't believe a word of 'minimal assembly' it took us three hours, we've done this before so it wasn't due to inexperience, and then we had a hell of a job to lift the top of the wardrobe onto the base. I would probably buy from Roseland again but it won't be a wardrobe.

After looking at the St Ives Console Table locally I decided not to buy it as there was a huge delivery charge. I searched online and came across one that looked the same and was cheaper so I decided to order it. I didn't receive notification of when it was coming from the courier. After unpacking it I noticed that it was not white but cream, it had a dent on the top which had tried to be fixed, and also the back of it had been damaged and again tried to be fixed, not very professional at that. I then noticed that on the packing box the name of the unit was "Santorini" and the colour was antique white. When I sent an email about the unit I was told that "we just call it St Ives" which I find very misleading. I have now had the unit upflited and will be £30 out of pocket plus will have to wait for my refund. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The item arrived damaged. It was a hassle to get it delivered and then get it collected again even though we put down a safe place (garage) both times the delivery firm didn't take it the first time on both occasions so had to get it rearranged twice. Rearranging it was a pain as when I phoned no one knew what the issue was and I had to keep waiting for a call back. Won't be ordering again. The quality of the wood was not as good as I was expecting.

Delivery fine ,packing fine ,quality of the product very poor lots of splits in the wood where the screws went,and marks on the polished wood ,this was only for the bedroom television so I didn't return it but had it been for my living room I would have returned it ,very disappointed . Anne

One of the magnetic catches on the door was broken and one of bookcases had faded so badly that the two sat together look as if they were two different timbers.

This has been a catalogue of errors that still has not finished! We ordered 7 items from Roseland with a cost of more than £1,500 on 20th May. We finally received notification that our order was being delivered on 8th June. The delivery was due before 3pm and arrived at 3.30pm. When we opened up the packages, we found that the Daymer Cream chest was completely broken and that only the bottom half of the Zelah Oak Wardrobe had been delivered. When I called Roseland, they said they would arrange for the rest of the wardrobe to be delivered the next day and that they would ask the delivery company to also pick up the damaged chest. When the delivery arrived (again later than the slot I was given), they would not take the chest with them. When I phoned Roseland again, they said that they would arrange for the chest to be picked up separately. They also informed me at this point, that the delivery company should have taken all of the packaging away with them (as you can imagine, I had enormous amounts of this!) Neither Roseland nor Panther (the deliver company) had informed me of this prior to delivery so I now have lots of packaging outside of my house. We called Roseland again on 11th June and they said that they would arrange for the chest to be picked up on 12th June. We explained that we would not be in, but they agreed that as the chest was damaged, we would leave it under a tarpaulin outside our house and they would inform Panther as well as ask them to take the packaging away. On 12th June, the delivery company did not arrive and we received a message to say that they did not complete the delivery because no one was in. We called Roseland again today to arrange for ANOTHER attempt at picking up the chest. We still have not been told when our replacement chest is due to be delivered. If I were Roseland I would seriously consider changing my delivery company as while the quality of the furniture is OK, the service quality has been pretty dreadful. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!
