“Unfortunately, I have had to send the console table back for replacement twice because of poor workmanship.”

“Zelah bookcase: poorly made, there was a 30cm chipped off wood shard as soon as I carefully opened the box, I had to glue it back on top of the side with superglue, The backing was loose; there were staples that have come out loose, so I had to use my own little pin nails (which they should have used in Vietnam, where according to the label this bookcase was made), the top was screwed upside down. I couldn't even unscrew it, to swap it the other way round, because two of the screws wouldn't come out. Why are shelves not made properly of a solid piece of wood? This was a waste of money, I would've like to return this back and get my money back, but the packaging had to be torn in pieces in order to get this thing out. The measurements on your website state that this bookcase is 180cm H x 30cm d x 60cm W. It is NOT. It is, however, 180cm H, but only 53cm W and 27cm D.”

“Purchased a display cabinet, arrived in a reasonable time, extremely well packaged to prevent damage in transit, just a shame that quality control seems very poor before the furniture is dispatched as the first one was very obviously damaged inside, the second had an obvious fault with the door. Both issues should have been picked up. Also having returned both cabinets and requested a refund had to wait far too long and chase up to get it. A shame as the cabinet itself looked nice but quality let it down.”

“Gave no indication of a delivery date, just got told they would be in touch. One day I was on my way to work and got nothing but a text message saying it’s on it’s way, called the number on the email, left a voicemail to say neither me or my husband would be home as it’s so last minute. No one called me back, chest of drawers just left outside my front door for anyone to take so my inlaws had to travel over to store it at their house untill we were home - shocking service and very stressful”

“I was rather disappointed with my order. It does look great but, on closer inspection, it's build quality is poor. If you look under the item you see it's frame is pine simply hammered together in a very shabby fashion. The wood is very lightweight. All show, so substance. Delivery was good though.”

“We ordered a bookcase that turned up broken, the process to get this sorted was slow and then ordered another bookcase and TV stand which has also turned up broken! Once again having to go through the slow process of exchanging it. Either the pieces are too fragile or the courier is too rough!”

“This rating is on the quality of the furniture I purchased it was not very well made thin wood on side's not very good veneers applied,I didn't realize it was mass produced in Vietnam. The delivery was on time and as stated, unfortunately both bedside tables were damaged one having a whole in one side. Roseland furniture were very good I forwarded photos for their records, they organised prompt collection and refunded me.”

“I haven't received either item. You said it would arrive on Saturday so I stayed home all day Saturday - it didn't arrive. I rang up and was told that it would be arriving *next* Saturday. This was something you hadn't bothered to tell me...”

Hello, Paul - I am sorry to hear that there was confusion with regards to the delivery time frames, the items you purchased are on a 7working day, 2Man delivery time-frame - I can see from your records that the delivery was booked for yesterday but you refused it. “Product arrived early. Did not realise there was so much to build. Screws missing. What there were had to be tightened with an Allen Key, (hopeless). Not the best quality but you get what you pay for.”

“Furniture and delivery excellent, after service poor, handles on my last piece of furniture were dull and rusty, sent a mail with photos and within a couple of days received more, just as bad the chest is in the same room as my other purchases and look shabby in comparison, sent mail about second ones to be told they look FINE they don’t now want more photos, sad to lose a good customer over a few handles 😡”

“I purchased a painted oak top television table The block that was the anchor point for one of the door hinges was loose. General the quality of material used looked cheap and a lot of staples used to hold the material together. The table was deliver two hours before I was advised that it was being delivered. Altogether not my best purchase.”
