Product acceptable for the price paid. however their customer service poor. Delivery did not turn up on the booked day. When I rang customer services at 4.50pm she was unwilling to check as she was due to finish in 10 minutes and I was told delivery could be until 7pm. The next day I told them delivery could be attempted the following Friday but not to leave delivery in porch. Delivered on the Tuesday and left in porch.

Good afternoon, Michelle - Please accept our apologies for the trouble that you experienced with the couriers. I can see from your records that the message was passed onto the delivery depot with regards to re-delivery that Friday, however, the message did not seem to reach the driver in time to stop the delivery on Monday. Unfortunately the courier offices are not open over the weekend and so we are a bit restricted in these situations, regretfully. We do have to put our trust in the couriers completing instructions and delivering when we ask them to, and whilst the large majority of the time they do this without problem, on the odd occasion they can get things wrong. If you should need anything further in the future, do contact the Customer Service Team directly. Best regards

I wouldn't bother paying for the extra delivery service unless it needs to go upstairs or something. £25 for them to walk 3 steps through the hall into the front room! Also, be prepared for a trip to the tip as our furniture came in massive cardboard boxes with lots of packaging. Paying the extra doesn't mean they take it away. Furniture is OK. I expected more 'chunky' oak and the inside of the drawers are flimsy and IKEA like. It also felt a bit damp out of the box but hoping that will dry. When I emailed about delivery I got a rude email back. I don't think I'd use again and wouldn't recommend to others.

The coffee table we ordered arrived damaged, as did the replacement that arrived as a replacement. Customer services were helpful and quick to arrange for the items to be collected but we ended up having a refund.

Waited for the TV stand way too long. Don't even remember for how long. The company did apologise though. Finally when it arrived I was a bit surprised by the stamp Made in Vietnam. The stand looks pretty although it is not all solid hardwood which is reflected in the price to be fair. Overall, I won't be buying from them any more.

Unfortunately my item of furniture arrived smashed with was frustrating, I was told I would have a replacement as soon as could be arranged. Not impressed.

Unfortunately I have not received my last order of Surrey Oak Telephone Table With Baskets, order No 75437. I received an email from you on 6th March informing me the order was on it’s way however as of yet it has not arrived. Could I please have an update on when the order will arrive.

One bedside cabinet was fantastic! But the other was very poorly put together, large gaps down sides, and draws have at least 1/2 inch gap either side of the main frame.

The chest of drawers is fine; not so sure about the company. Purchased two products, one arrived within 2 days of order, the other hadn’t arrived after 10 days. When I contacted Roseland they stated they ‘could do nothing’. Given that we were ready to place a large order £15000 + we were pretty disgusted by their attitude. Don’t feel I can recommend the company.

Unfortunately the item that you ordered which as to take 10 working days for the delivery was one that is ordered and shipped directly from our suppliers, and this is why we could not quicken the pace of this item. We purchased the farrow tv unit as we already have the sideboards, the tv unit arrived damaged on the leg and with a nail sticking through the unit. Upon complaining to the company they offered a £30 part refund or exchange, we requested a exchange only to be told we would have to wait in all day as they couldn’t offer a time slot which is obsurd.. so not only do I have the inconvenience of a damaged item they expect me to sit around all day waiting for it to be collected and exchanged very poor customer service .. would not recommend this company at all.. they genuinely thought it was good customer service they were offering and also found it acceptable for a customer to have to stay in all day with no idea of a rough time of collection.

Hello, Vicki - We do apologise for the inconveniences that you have faced with receiving a damaged item. Being a small company based in Cornwall we use third party couriers to deliver across the UK for us. We cannot instruct on or book the delivery/collection times as this is not a service that the couriers provide for our type of deliveries, I'm afraid. We do understand that this does not suit everyone and we apologies for this. As we know that booking time-slots are something a lot of people would require we of course would bring this in if we found a courier service that can provide this, however, at this time it is unavailable. It says when you make the purchase that you'll receive emails stating when it's arriving. No emails received. It turned up while I was walking my dog and my 82 year old mother answered the door. The bench was left on my drive for me to struggle in with.

I received two tables one was broken so sent it back was supposed to get a replacement on the same day as pick up which was the Friday however got told the new one will be delivered on Saturday that didn’t happen then got told will be Monday, waited didn’t receive anything then got told it will be Tuesday or Wednesday again didn’t receive anything finally got it delivered on the Thursday. All in all happy with the product but not with the service

The furniture was damaged. Unfortunately we would have to wait 8 to 10 weeks for a replacement so sending both back.

Both bedside cabinets had faults one had a chip out the front the other had raised veneer. Why did not send them back I did not want the hassle so I put a cloth over the top of one and the other it is in a hardly used bedroom.

Very nice unit. Dent in third drawer down. Too difficult to arrange another one so have swapped it to bottom of unit. Otherwise very good.
