Previous puchases from Roseland have been excellent but that was a year ago. What has gone wrong ?... The build quality of the Surrey bedside units have been really bad . I don't believe these items are quality checked before being shipped out as they looked like rejects that shouldn't have been sent out to customers in the first place. The customer service was exellent though. Very prompt arranging collections and replacements but just couldn't seem to get units without major defects and damage. Please look into your QC because this purchase could very easily have turned into a pleasant experience as before.

The item ordered seems to be of good quality, however I was very disappointed in the delivery service. I paid extra for a two man delivery team. I had to send an email to chase the order as I had heard nothing for a week. I eventually got a phone call letting me know the delivery day. The day before I was given a 3 hour delivery window. The item was delivered nearly half an hour after the end of the delivery window. I emailed Roseland asking for a refund for the delivery cost as it had not met my expectations. I was then told that the delivery window was “only an estimate” and that they would not provide a refund. What was most disappointing was that I didn’t even get an apology from roseland, just an indication that I didn’t understand the nature of delivery windows, which made me feel like I was not valued as a customer.

Hello Grace. I am sorry for the mis-communication. The couriers can never give a guaranteed time slot and will only an estimation as delivery can be delayed for reasons outside of the drivers control such as traffic. I can see from the tracking that although it was estimated between 3pm-5pm that it was delivered at 5.22pm. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund you because of the couriers delivering 22 minutes outside of the estimated time slot. We are very sorry about this. Best regards Roseland Furniture

In the advertising of the furniture you stated 2 days delivery mine took 5 days then once opened the nest of coffee tables were marked, therefore, a new set are being sent sometime

One of the items arrived damaged. The range at the low end of price is not good. It would not have got damaged in transit like it did if it was solid oak. The backs of the units are ply wood tacked on. Our main concern was trying to return the items, let down by the carriers twice. Collected for return and refund on the third attempt.

I had ordered other furniture from Roseland which arrived quickly and un-damaged. However, after a long wait, I finally received the coffee table to match the rest of our furniture; it was really badly damaged. We arranged to have a replacement delivered which was also damaged. On the third attempt, the wrong item was sent and have only just received an un-damaged coffee table. I contacted Roseland on two occasions by phone (many more by email!) and on one occasion, the lady I spoke to was quite rude, not so much what she said but her tone. At no point was I offered any compensation. Disappointing and has put me off ordering anything else from them again.

I have had nothing but problems from the moment I ordered my items. First the bedroom set that I ordered that was 'in stock'turned out to have one item out of stock so I am still waiting on that. One of the items is a set of draws that when arrived had horrendous marks all down the one side that made it look scratched. After going back and forth on email after email I final get a date for the the item to be replaced and the delivery company never show after I have taken the day off! So after all this I am still waiting on my wardrobe and will now have to take another day's leave from work to wait in to have the draws collected and replaced. I had planned to order my lounge furniture from our self's but after this experience I'm afraid I'll have to look elsewhere and I don't think I would feel comfortable recommending this company elsewhere.

Goods not finished. Standard very poor. They say it is to save money on manufacturing.

Good point it arrived early. Bad points: The left hand side joints had not been glued together. There is a round dent to the upper front edge, this was not caused during delivery. I forced the left side together and it seems to be holding together. Hope I never have to move this badley made unit. I am away or I would return this rubbish furniture.

We were very pleased with the first chest of drawers delivered, and therefore went on to order bedside tables. However, these both each had damage to one corner. The damage is fairly minor but noticeable. I’m afraid we do not have the time it would take to return them so we will live with this, but it was disappointing. The delivery arrangements were very accurate though.

Hinge badly fitted so the screws had split the wooden back! Was able to fix with wood glue and better screws. These boxes are imported from Vietnam so not made here, so obviously not even checked before dispatch! Feel I have been conned!

This is our 2nd purchase and unfortunately probably our last. Order confirmation and delivery is great, first product was very good, fairly good quality for the price, I hope it will last a long time, and it looks very nice. We ordered 2 units after this, one which was a slight off grey with a wooden top which was fine, but the other was a white blanket box with a lid. We were not very happy with the finish, light blue paint that had possibly been sprayed in the factory, the dent in the corner where it had been knocked at some point or the sticker on the back that the stamp had missed and had ink over the unit. This was going in the middle of our living room, but we have had to hide it behind the sofa. We did send an email about this as we couldn't find a phone number but we haven't had a reply.

Very disappointed with the TV stand was a couple of runs on it and the handles had gone green with damp sent back awaiting refund.

Office staff are very helpful as are the delivery team BUT they sent me the wrong items. Quality of the items received is excellent but still waiting for the rest of the order 🤨

Unfortunately we are a bit disappointed with our purchase. Our display unit was delivered by 2 gruff men who dragged the dirty box over our beige carpet leaving marks. On opening, the unit was lovely but sadly was broken. We contacted you to request collection and exchange. Customer service response was quick but we are still left waiting without a date for the unit to be collected days later. I was a little surprised to be asked to box the item up for collection ( it's a large, heavy piece of furniture and the box it arrived in is ripped!). So currently we have a broken, unstable unit in our lounge with 2 young children and no idea when our replacement is coming. Really love the unit, so a bit disappointed with our experience. Hopefully our exchange will be better

Ordered tv stand and a sideboard. Received 2 x tv stands. Yes I now mistakes happen but it always seems to be me. The tv stand is very nice though. Hoping the sideboard will be the same.
