Not very good quality. Rough around the edges. Did not realise the draw was one peice. Though it was two separate draws. Abit disappointed to be honest. Was not cheap or extension but expected a little better quality for £100. Since seen better tables cheaper.

Quality of furniture is always good, but unfortunately one of the items had been damaged in a few places, presumably in transit.

This score is down to the delivery of my items. I ordered 2 items at the same time on the same order for a birthday surprise for my mum. I got a text and email from the delivery service saying my items would be delivered the next day on the Tuesday and gave me a 2 hour time slot so I stayed in and waited for them to arrive which they did not with no explanation as to why, so I contacted Roseland furniture for an answer and was told they would re arrange the delivery and email me so I had written confirmation which didn’t happen so I had to ring back the next day and chase up to which I got told they don’t know why the delivery people didn’t turn up but they had re arranged it for Wednesday so when they turned up they only had one piece of furniture with them. So the surprise was ruined for my mum as she came home to see one without the other I was not happy to say the least. So again back on the phone to find out where the other item was and was told it would be delivered the next day so had to wait in again so by now Iv waited in at home for 3 days with a toddler not being able to get out to receive my items. Would not be bothered with the hassle in future and would go else where

We have been very disappointed with our dealings with Roseland Furniture. Out of the items we have ordered, two have been sub-standard and are being returned and replaced. The largest of the three tables in the nest we ordered was a disaster, with screws missing, others broken and legs loose and not attached properly. Roseland could certainly do better. We wonder what has happened to quality inspections these days.

Chest arrived with marks on bottom drawer. I was offered £50 discount -not enough for a piece of furniture that’s a second. Then it was so difficult to arrange an exchange that we’ve accepted but I’m not happy. They expected us to have kept the huge cardboard box or find a new one to return, completely ridiculous to have kept a box that you had to break open.

I ordered a Farrow Grey Mini Sideboard which I had to return, as the draw had a chunk of wood missing also the back was damaged. Not a happy customer!

I have been seeing other people's reviews on how fast their delivery system is. As for my situation, they lost my package that they needed to resend the item again. I am still waiting for my Bryce rocking chair.

Furniture we bought was lovely and great value for money. Delivery policy isn’t clear, if you would like your furniture bought any further than the threshold of your home you need to upgrade the delivery package. We found this out to our cost when we sent it to our elderly mother as a gift.

Unfortunately there was a blemish in the wood on one of the doors and one of the handles would not fit, as the hole had not been properly drilled out. I did the work myself but this should not have been necessary.

I needed a bookcase to fit in a narrow space in the bedroom and I wanted something that would match the décor. I looked on the internet and found this bookcase; it seemed ideal. I ordered it and received an acknowledgement very quickly and a message from the carrier that it had been collected, this included a link to their tracking system. That was just as well as that was the only way I could follow the delivery process. When the item arrived it did not seem to me to match the description provided by Roseland Furniture at all well. At least it was well packed.

I ordered 2 bedside cabinets and one was damaged I was promised a replacement in two days but when the courier came to collect the damaged item he didn’t have my replacement after many phone calls I was told DPD didn’t have room on their van for my order!!! So it would arrive today but when the courier came this morning he had the wrong item for me! Yet another muck up we also asked the driver about not having room on his van he basically said that’s rubbish! I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and won’t be ordering anything in the future I need a reliable company to order my furniture from I think maybe I should have had some kind of compensation but that hasn’t been mentioned so far.

Unable to review the furniture as it has yet to arrive despite ordering nearly two weeks ago. Delivery company only deliver one day a week in my area making it very difficult to coordinate a delivery with work commitments and only a time slot given the day before. Roseland have tried to help but still delivery company are digging their heels in. Review stars based on the delivery company not Roseland. I suggest they change to a more helpful company. I have ordered from Roseland before but will not use again based on my bad experience with the delivery.

The delivery men just left the unit outside the house in full view of the public and left no note inside to confirm delivery.

The chest of drawers is good quality and excellent value for money, but it was just left in my front garden when I was out one evening. Also left in my front garden was another large package that had nothing to do with me! Not sure what's going to happen to that!

Not all made in oak. Back plywood ,badly fixed on With poor staples. Not Worth the money, WILL BIN BOOKCASE AND BUY ELSEWARE

Recently the quality control has disappeared, I got a bookcase with feet supports that were unfinished bare wood. My next purchase was a large London sideboard which coincidentally was from the same range as the large bookcase and it too has poor finishing in areas that can be seen if you look closely enough. I don't mind that the units are made in Vietnam, but clearly no one is checking the quality and clearly Roseland aren't checking either as they admitted that the same issue was on their shop floor display unit. My first purchase of a Newlyn bookcase was perfect but after these next two London pieces I decided to buy my dinner table elsewhere and will probably not buy from Roseland again.

I can not offer a review because I cancelled the order due to their delivery agency XPD lacking total regard for people's time.I chose a Friday delivery, received an 0800-10-00 text to confirm delivery. At 16-00 I telephoned Roseland hoping that they could find out what was happening. Fair play, Roseland phoned me to tell me that my delivery would be there at 17-00. Nothing was delivered on that Friday. I telephoned Roseland and cancelled the order, my time is important. On Monday whilst at work I received a call from XPD stating that they were at my house with the delivery. I informed delivery driver that I had cancelled the order. I upheld every part of my end regarding this order in relation to XPD, "How does it feel"? So my message to Roseland is, grow a pair and get rid of XPD. They cost you a sale and possible recommendations.

Remember you only get what you pay for so don't expect good quality. TV corner stand was very poor quality..made in Taiwan.. as not finished on the sides and really rough so if doesn't fit flush in the corner then looks awful. Luckily my husband has made it look good at our expense. Delivery good but carrier would bring into the home due to insurance reasons so if you can't carry it yourself then it's a big problem especially if it's raining. Had 2 sideboards and TV corner unit and only kept them due to them not costing a fortune but would not purchase from Roseland again. Disappointed. J Burge.

Cant fault the customer service but unfortunately it took 3 deliveries for me to receive a set of bedside drawers that weren't damaged. Very inconvenient having to be around to accept 3 deliveries as they needed to be signed for. Wanted to purchase a whole bedroom set, but due to this will go elsewhere which is a shame as they offer a good price. Must add, items were delivered in undamaged boxes therefore not down to the courier. Quality control needs looking at.
