The reason for 2 is TV stand arrived badly damaged although the turn around was good. But no information from courier to say when item to be delivered or collected. After delivery I received text to say when the delivery was to arrive this was two hours after the delivery seems to be no communication between everyone

Both cabinets arrived damaged..Both returned and refund given..Cabinets are of poor quality to say the least..

The TV table I bought is nice but I don't like the cheap looking painted board backing which should be made of wood and is not properly stuck to the wood. The table was delivered after 4 claims to be delivering by the awful Yodel delivery company in Bristol. This will stop me using Roseland again.

TV stand showing in stock online, ordered a full set of furniture to match, payed for it, 2 days later i get an email saying the tv stand was out of stock and will have to wait 3-4 weeks for my delivery!!! Not happy at all, very poor service. That being said, the ottoman we ordered separately arrived early and was of a very good quality.

face value furniture looked good,chest of drawers and bedside table ok,but the back and top of the wardrobe absolutely awful. Odd bits of scrap wood look as if they used with staples looking drunk, must say I am disappointed.

The low score is purely on delivery, the product is ok.. Take the “in stock, or delivery date “with a pinch of salt. When they don’t achieve those, you then have to chase for a date, which is still appx. We got a delivery date HOURS before it arrived, and luckily someone was in. It’s furniture,! and you really do need a few days notice as a minimum because neighbours are a little reluctant to accept your furniture if you are not in.

Unfortunately I am unable to comment on my chest of draws due to the very poor service from the courier company Roseland use to deliver my item which is still not hear, the communication from Roseland is also poor. I maybe able to improve my score if the chest of draws is okay but not for the delivery service I’m afraid.

Hello. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the delivery service. I can see that delivery was booked with yourself for Tuesday 10th, however you could not be at home as you were only be able to take delivery after 4pm. Unfortunately, the couriers were unable to accomidate this as they also had other deliveries to make on the 10th and would have had to re-schedule all of their other deliveires in order to accomidate. I can see that the delivery company have been in contact with you and have re-booked in delivery with yourself for 17th. Best regards Roseland Furniture

A little disappointed with the quality and also 2 of the 3 products purchased turned up damaged. When I called the company they were going to organise replacement of the damaged goods, not a problem I was told , but when I heard no more I phoned for delivery details I was told now out of stock ! Very annoying and frustrating for myself , the lack of interest in sorting out a problem would make me hesitant in reccomending them.

The furniture was fine but the delivery service was awful. It did not arrive the day it was scheduled. There was not facility to tell us when it was arriving on the day. When it did eventually arrive the driver refused to deliver it to the front door of the flat. This is the first delivery to this flat where this has happened, other companies had no problem taking furniture up one flight of wide easy stairs.

unfortunately when I assembled the piece, the area around a screw split due to the screw pushing through the surface. The customer service has been on top of the problem.

Delivery team were not particularly amicable. I had paid for a Saturday delivery, they really did not want to be there and complained about the long drive home!! The wardrobe was packaged well and went together very easily. However, you get what you pay for and the quality is not particularly good. The bottom of the draws and the back of the wardrobe are very thin, I am sure the draws will not take much weight, so probably nothing more than fleeces!! The wardrobe itself is smaller than expected and is not deep enough. I hung my coat on a hanger and the door would not close unless the coat was at an angle. Not sure how the rest of my clothes will fit!!

After emailing and been told 2 days delivery I made the purchase. The delivery option gave 3 options, I chose to have a 2 man team deliver as I have medical problems. 3 days after the purchase I emailed to ask for a delivery date to be told because I chose the 2 man option it would be 10 days for delivery and it says this on the website. Yes it does but it should say it at the point of choosing. Will definitely not be buying from Rose land again.

You need to put it the description that these are off white. I was expecting pure white as it didn't say otherwise. These have a distinct creamy tint so don't match well in my room.

It was the first time I ordered from Roseland Furniture and to be honest I'm not sure I will again. The ordering process was straightforward but the delivery service wasn't. The first day that it was due to arrive I waited at home during the allotted time period and it didn't turn up. The second day I stayed at home all day and again no-show. The final day the two-hour delivery window came and went. Finally a driver showed up at the end of the day, and delivered the wrong parcel! I had to run after him to get the right one! Once I eventually got my order and opened it I thought the blanket box was sturdy and good quality, but there were a few scratch marks on top of the lid which was really disappointing. If it wasn't for the stress and inconvenience of receiving it I would have been tempted to send it back. However, I should add that Becky in Customer Service was helpful and got back to me straight away when I got in touch asking for help with the delivery.

on opening the furniture i found a big chunk out f the corner of the draw casing. I was very disappointed. was going to order the coffee table as well ,but will not sure now. have sent an e.mail regarding this problem . waiting for a reply to have another sent out.
