“The courier dropped off the furniture as arranged but coudn't stay long enough for me to unpack and check it. The chest of drawers has a small dented line on top. It isn't sufficient for me to go to the trouble of arranging another courier to take it away, but I probably would have rejected it had the original courier stayed.”

Hello, Theresa - please pop the Customer Service team an email with pictures of this fault to your item and also the Quality Control sticker on the back of the unit. They can then take a look into this, for you, Kind regards

“I needed to get a smaller TV unit than the one I had which came from another supplier. Unfortunately they didn't do a smaller size and this was the closest I could get. Its probably not fair to compare the two but this one was much more inferior and I wouldn't choose this range again.”

“Ordered 2 pieces of furniture at different times. Both items were damaged but the issue was resolved quickly. Although surely the items should be checked by quality control before being sent out on delivery. Slightly disappointed.”

“First rate delivery. Furniture is not the quality we have experienced from this company before. Thin wood with mix of types of wood making up the wardrobe. Disappointed with this order.”

“The bookcase was well packaged and item was just what i wanted in size , but a lot of marks and what looked like scratches on the edges. was going to send back but really loved it and couldn't face the return process e.g taking pictures and packaging up again.”

“This would have been 5/5 as I love the furniture. However MXL as your delivery company are absolutely ridiculous and a farce. I have had 3 issues with them with dates and times they were meant to deliver. This is not acceptable and will ultimately ruin Roseland’s reputation.”

“I am well pleased with the overall quality of the unit, for the price that it was. It was delivered in a very protective wrapping, with very thick corner protectors. I was therefore very surprised to find that one of the corners had been damaged, as if it had been dropped, the corner protector was undamaged and the wrapping undisturbed. I believe that this damage must have occurred before it was wrapped ready for delivery. If so why wasn't it discovered before being sent to me.? I have since contacted your office and informed you of the damage, and e-mailed a photograph of it to you, but to date have not had a reply. I am disappointed.”

“The furniture was acceptable- very good quality in some parts and basic in others. Overall acceptable for my purposes. I was disappointed that the high quality was not everywhere. The screws were rusty and the desk almost felt like it had been in a warehouse for a long time.”

“We have recently purchased 2 items of furniture from Roseland. The first one was a TV stand. It was not delivered on the right day because it had been damaged in transit. The company soon put that right and we were pleased enough with the item to order a wardrobe. The wardrobe came on 2 boxes, one of which looked as if it had been thoroughly smashed about and opened. We later discovered the top of the wardrobe was missing. The company has promised to replace this and made no fuss about doing so. We were surprised that the packaging showed the product had been made in the far east as we thought it was made in Cornwall. So overall we have mixed feelings, certainly about the treatment of the items by the delivery company. However the company has been helpful and courteous and we are happy with the tv stand and fairly happy with the wardrobe.”

“Product arrived in time and packaged well. Just was a completely different colour to what was pictured. Problem was dealt with immediately with great respect and will be issuing a full refund. Good service in light of a website error”

“I’d happily write a review of the piece of furniture, except i haven’t received it yet. I’ve had 2 phone calls with the company, and an email, and they now assure me that it has been re-ordered and I’ll get it on Saturday. All very pleasant correspondence, and helpful staff, but no furniture yet ... comments on the object itself will have to wait.”

“Loved my wardrobe chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Sadly the wardrobe base and chest of drawers had been damaged in transit. They offered £75 discount which I felt would not cover the cost of uplift and supply new items. I had waited several weeks for stock to be available and didn’t want a further delay so accepted the £75.”

“No issues with Roseland per se, nice solid furniture of decent quality. The delivery company XDP however was less than satisfactory, missing the first delivery slot without explanation, not answering the phone or emails. Finally got the item almost a week late after resorting twice to their live-chat service online.”

“Drawers are not on runners and don’t sit straight when you push them in they all look out of line. Quite nice if it wasn’t for this!”
