What we received was great, but the delivery included products that were not for us and was missing two glass cabinets.

Well I have said the set of drawers and blanket box are acceptable as the quality of the wood and colour of both items match but on the down side, on the back of the set of drawers there was a piece of wood split which we had to glue, luckily it was on the back, also the top 2 small drawers do not fit flush. With the blanket box, the lid would not close flat, so my husband had to take off the two devices ( one on each side in the actual box) that were put on to hold the lid up. They had not been put on at the correct angle and made a grating noise when tried to close the lid

The CD Tower arrived on time as advised by the couriers tracker app. It appeared to be well packaged with some superficial damage to the outer packaging. When unpacked the CD Tower base was almost detached with the two of the fixing screws ripped out, and some of the beading on the back was loose. I contacted Roseland and sent photographs of the damage they offered me the option of effecting a repair myself for a partial refund or collection and replacement of the damaged item. I elected to make the repairs myself, the CD Tower is of average quality, looks ok but is not of the same quality as my earlier purchase from Roseland, however this is reflected in the price.

There were a few problems with Wardrobe order. After telling Roseland when delivery could be made and agreeing this I received an e-Mail from the carrier saying that delivery would be made on a day when there would be no one to receive it. Fortunately Roseland were able to stop delivery. On delivery the base unit of the wardrobe was faulty and had to be replaced. Replacement was arranged speedily but some fixings were missing. These were posted out. Two bedside cabinets were also supplied and drawer fixings for one were missing. These also were posted out. We do now have an attractive piece of furniture but none of these issues should have arisen if quality was properly controlled. All credit to Roseland the issues were handled well but at not inconsiderable cost to the Company. If everything was right first time perhaps they could be a little more competive on pricing.

I was very impressed with the delivery service. The furniture was ordered on Thursday night and delivery was received on Monday morning. I ordered a hall table and seat, the seat was ready assembled and the table was to be put together, no problems were encountered and all went together well. The furniture does look good in the hall. The only disappointment was I thought I was buying British made furniture but it stated on the packaging Made in Vietnam. Perhaps I did not do research on the products well enough.

Ordered cabinet when web site said cabinet was in stock. Account debited but the told I had to wait a month for a new shipment to arrive. Communication was good throughout the process. The logistics provider they use is diabolical. Failed to deliver twice then when they did decide to deliver there was no prior notification and the cabinet was left outside my front door when I got home from work. Price and quality of cabinet were both good and overall I would buy from them again.

The delivery service is rubbish as won't bring item in to your house only to your drive. Item was damaged when arrived but good customer service in rectifying it.

Good value and prompt delivery. However was damaged when I unpacked it. I was able to repair it which was less hassle than sending it back and waiting for a replacement.

Furniture fine. But delivery instructions were not followed. The bookcase was Left on doorstep and as I was away my neighbour put in the garage after two days and locked door which was left open. Yodel made delivery and should have had delivery instructions you need to have a word

The furniture is great however delivery was not as you should not put a delivery date on your website if it is not going to happen

I ordered a tv stand and coffee table from Roseland. The experience was unfortunately not great… 1. No tracking - I received an email saying “Your order is on the way to you. Track your shipment to see the delivery status”, the link took me to my account, but there was no where to actually track the item. I assumed it would be delivered that day as there was no tracking, it wasn’t. 2. Only one item - I received another email and txt the next day saying it was to be delivered between 4:19 and 6:19pm. A delivery guy came, but only delivered the coffee table – I asked whether there was another item and he assured me there wasn’t. 3. Failed delivery - I received an email later the same day saying “Our driver has indicated he tried to make a delivery to you today but was unable to. He may have left a calling card.” I was in all day!! He even delivered ONE of the items… 4. Last minute delivery - I received a txt at 8:33am the next day saying I’d get a deliver that day between 9:14am and 11:14am. Obviously this was very last minute, so I was unable to be there. I called the number and left an answer phone message. No one called me back all day. 5. Delivery but no handles - The delivery guy luckily turned up when I got home from work (despite no phone call), and delivered the tv stand. But after unpacking I discovered there were no handles for it! 6. Wrong replacement handles - I contacted Roseland who said they’d send some handles. I received them a week later, but they were the wrong ones! 7. Correct handles - After contacting Roseland again, they send out the correct handles… a further week later. Overall the whole delivery process was rather frustrating – Not knowing when the delivery would be made, receiving the delivery across two different days, and not receiving the draw handles. The furniture itself is actually quite nice for the price, but this experience has unfortunately affected my views on the company, and I’d think twice about ordering again from them.
