“Nice piece of furniture BUT not very good at producing correct door knobs. Still Waiting delivery of satisfactory door knobs Also the delivery time from placing order without any contact until I question where my order was was unsatisfactory Because the small sideboard is exactly what I want I shall try to order another one in a few months time. Perhaps delivery times and inspection skills will have improved by then”

“Furniture great only criticism was the delivery,we were told 15 minutes before the designated time slot of 2 hours,had to alter plans on going out.otherwise 5 stars.”

“I have always had good service from Roseland however I can 't say the same for the courier. This item didn't arrive on the day I was informed and then it was left on my doorstep. As i am 63 and live on my own i asked if he would lift it over my step and into my porch which he refused and was quite rude about it. His reply was "I'm not risking my job. I have a family".”

“A glass topped television stand we had suddenly shattered (perhaps in heat). We ordered a wooden replacement from Roseland, ready made. It arrived within a few days, and the tracking system enabled us to change the time of a meal we had booked. The replacement arrived in the 2 hour slot we had been given. It was excellent, nicely finished and sturdy. Our only surprise was to find what looked like two drawers from the picture were only one drawer, but that was not a problem. GS Berkshire.”

“Wardrobe delivered as expected. Easy to assemble. Looks good (apart from very slight misalignment of door knobs). Excellent value for money. Perfect for guest room.”

“Received my order today, Brill but it took just over 3 months to arrive, still I am very happy with the quality, even thought it came from Vietnam the build is good and the packaging was top notch, it had 2 screws missing, no problem. The guys that delivered where great, even took it to my upstairs bedroom no problem, buy the way it was very very heavy, so I gave them a tip ,good lads. Yes I would buy from Roselands again but not have to wait so long would be nice. Overhaul well done.”

“Unfortunately the drawers on my London oak bookcase do not look like the the drawers in the photo on the website! The central upright that divides the drawers isn't central therefore the gaps on the left drawer are very wide and the gaps on the right drawer are dead tight. Built by the apprentice?”

“Bought 1 lge bookcase, 1 x low bookcase and 1 sideboard. All good quality, though delivery guys weren't very helpful ! Would buy from Rposeland again.....”

“The furniture is very nice just what I wanted but the delivery service needs to get sorted out. Iwas emailed by you to say that all the furniture had been received at the delivery depot, but only 1 sideboard and 1 tv cabinet came so I had to wait in again for the other sideboard to be delivered it doesn't help when I waited 11 weeks in total for the furniture”

“lovely piece of furniture, easy to put together but noticed on the bottom of one of the legs, there must have been damaged while being made and there was brown wood filler on the bottom, due to not being able to see it, didn't think it worth sending back”

“It would help if you could text and let customers know approx days parcel will arrive.The carrier left my parcel outside next door didn’t even leave a card to say it’s been dilivered and their tracking system hopeless.As far as furniture concerned I am happy with the quality.”

“After an initial nightmare of first piece arriving damaged ( faulty in production, how it passed and got its quality control sticker we don’t know) . The staff in Cornwall were brilliant unlike their couriers , only on the 3rd booked date did they turn up . Finally all pieces turned up , great quality, simple to assemble if piece required it , really pleased with them now .”
