“I have ordered Hampshire oak wardrobe and two bedsides. As the items were out of stock, I had to wait for 5 months to be delivered. I kept contacting customer service for several times till the items arrived. I was offered a discount if I wanted to wait, which I accepted. When the order was delivered, the boxes of rhe wardrobe were dirty and the corners were damaged. The little boxes were in a good condition. When I opened the damaged box, fortunately parts of wardrobe were in an acceptable condition except two minor damages. One was the corner of back side and the other was that the door of wardrobe were not in the same level. I managed to repair the door, but the damage on the back side is there, but can't be seen. Generally, I am happy with design of items, also it's a solid wood and it's sturdy.”

“Good product and looks well built and sturdy. Only 4 stars as the product was delivered a day after I was told by the the deliverer and package was left out side in full view balancing on two corners even though their was easily enough space to have left it flat. I know this is mainly the distributors issue.”

“I have no problem with the furniture, however I do a have a major problem with the courier service. I was not informed of a delivery date or time. Consequently I arrived home to find the item outside my front door. No delivery note, no explanation. I live in a upstairs flat, so It was impossible for me to get the item in. I had to ask 2 neighbours for help. Totally unacceptable.”

“Initially we were very disappointed as our first order couldn’t be fulfilled as the items were out of stock. However, we have purchased alternatives and are quite happy with the quality. The biggest bonus is the fact that the furniture arrives fully assembled”
