Not good longer wait time than told online one unit damaged upon arrival and here I am 8 days later still awaiting response on a date for the new piece to arrive

Looks okay on website, But poor build quality and constructed generally of oak veneer and soft wood. Buyer beware!!!!!!!

Furniture first class as always but didn't appreciate the delivery driver remarking to me that he was doing me the favour in helping me lug it all up the stairs! (Apparently it should be dumped at the door as they're not allowed to enter the property currently). Roseland Furniture should temporarily cease trading if they're unable to guarantee proper delivery of the products ordered. Have no idea how an elderly or disabled customer would have coped.

Got text saying a delivery would be following week. Rang to say nobody would be in you said you keep till I got back. It was delivered anyway. Good job my sister was passing and sorted it for me or it would have been left outside.

Happy with the furniture. Looks great .Very good quality for the price. What let’s Roseland down is the courier service ( or lack of it.)Two separate orders, no contact of a delivery date. Both deliveries arrived on random days and left in the street outside my house. Hence two stars. Customer service very apologetic.

Our HOVE Wardrobe was supposed to be minimal assembly. It arrived in SIX boxes and over 40 screws to put the top half of the wardrobe together. Came with six hinges for the two doors and FOUR were broken. Quality of wardrobe is not that good. If I had known I would have paid the extra £100 and got my wardrobe from Oak Furniture Land.

3 items ordered at the beginning of November, with items on pre-order. First delivery 5-6 weeks later. 2 items arrived and were great but chest of drawers has been a disaster. I asked for a replacement, but the unit was damaged and unusable both times it was delivered. Deliveries were not pre-arranged as emails suggest but 2 man delivery repeatedly ring on their way to you (30 mins maximum warning), and I had difficulty contacting the delivery firm (who appeared to be a subcontractor of XPD). When contacted about replacement, Roseland Furniture seemed to be fairly efficient but ignored clear instructions about when a delivery/collection could happen, and then a second faulty unit arrived. Questionable quality from Roseland's Vietnamese supplier, as both units appeared to have been packaged and shipped from Vietnam damaged. Now trying to get a refund, but a standard auto-email saying Roseland are receiving many email enquiries. If other customers are receiving similar damaged goods then I'm not surprised. Overall, I'm disappointed.

we purchased x3 pieces: a dresser, double wardrobe and triple wardrobe. The build quality is satisfactory but the dresser had clearly been in long-term storage having been manufactured in 2017 and the handles had corroded with the damp and cold. One of the semi-circular handles on the bottom doors was fractured on arrival. The base section on the three-door wardrobe was damaged and had something dropped on it as the oak veneer was broken and the wood dented. Only the two-door wardrobe was satisfactory. Overall, a little approximate and underwhelming.

Rather disappointed with the furniture I bought. The colour was darker than that shown on line. The construction was not as sturdy as I had expected with staples used to fasten sheets of plywood. The outward veneer made the piece look much better than it really was. The legs did not extend beyond the chest but were add-ons to accommodate the veneer. Furthermore they were not the same colour as the veneer. Some of the side panel had not been stained and generally the chest looked good quality but upon examination was a bit of a botched job. The fact that the delivery person was easily able to carry it to my door immediately raised my suspicions. It was well packaged but overall a poor buy.

Sadly the coffee table I ordered arrived broken. Customer service promptly offered to exchange for a new one but that came broken too. It was packed quite poorly so not surprised it broke on transit. Trying to arrange a refund. Disappointed.

Extremely disappointed! I bought Farrow Grey Sideboard and TV unit and have been only using it for couple weeks. It's looks great on a first impression, but the quality is poor :( far from wooden furniture. I've put some flowers on it and the bottom of the vase must have been bit wet,because it left a permanent stain . This is impossible on wooden furniture 😕 I'm also unable to store any drinks or wine glasses in the sideboard, as the height between the shelves is not sufficient and the shelf is not removable. I was going to order a Coffee Table, but won't bother now, since my sideboard got damaged, with just bit of water. The delivery was nice and quick, however the courier has not been in touch with me at all. We were luckily at home, when someone rang the door bell and we've found two pieces of well packed furniture in front of the door. Overall, my sideboard and TV unit look good, but the quality is not recommended. I'm gutted, because I was so looking forward to have those furniture in my new house.

Delivery times are shocking only finding out one of my items was on back order when I contacted them. The over all quality of the product are low for the price but given my daughter had no furniture I just kept it, however if it was to replace old furniture I would have sent it back

Satisfied with quality of wood but workmanship is poor. Wide gaps - drawers do not fit well. Distasteful. Disappointing - not worth the price.

Sideboard is what I was wanting and was pleased to find it in uk Arrived with no advance notice and was left on door step by courier company in rain. Small scratch and small crack to lower inner legs. Contacted Roselands version of customer services who are quite blunt don’t want to speak on phone. Furniture okay but let down by customer service.
