When I placed this order it said delivery would be 6 to 8 days, The order was placed at 4,15 on Sunday 1st Nov, the item was delivered on Tuesday morning 3rd Nov while we were away and was left outside our house and the delivery driver had signed the delivery note with my name, We did not get home until Thursday 5th Nov so our item stood outside for two days, this is not very good and just pure luck that the weather was good and the item did not go missing. Not very good is it. I got the message it had been delivered and could do nothing about it as I had no one close by to go and check so I think at the very least the driver should have done was to take it back with him or try and leave it with a neighbour as I e-mailed the delivery company and told them I would not be available until the Thursday. Will certainly think again about buying again if Dxp are your preferred delivery company.

Very disappointed. Ordered 4 items and all were damaged. Very cheaply made.

Quality of item is very good. But I only ordered the tv unit because it stated it was in stock. Paid for it then it flagged up it was out of stock. 12 weeks waiting. After several phone calls it arrived. Roseland furniture never kept me updated on the expected delivery.

Easy to order but when items arrived, 2 of them were very badly damaged. All returned fir refund.

I ordered 2 Oak Drawers with baskets at £179 each and they are totally different colours I am very very dissapointed especially because of the price. I cant be bothered to send them back as they are in the bedroom and really heavy. It has really upset me.

I ordered my furniture on the 29 Oct was told 5 -10 days still not received not good customer service was advised that my order will be with me by the 12 November won’t be ordering anymore

The furniture was delivered to the wrong address and when the resident kindly carried it over200metres and today my grandson opened it to find a deep crack across one shelf !

No advanced notification of delivery date. 2 out of 3 items arrived damaged. The only good thing was no argument over returning for a full refund.

My lovely side table arrived quickly & was well packaged but when we opened it there were no screws or instructions to assemble it. I got in touch with Roseland customer help & wS promised the missing items would be sent straight away. 3weeks later we are still waiting Very disappointing.

We ordered 3 items which looked great on the website; 2 chests of drawers and a coffee table. The chests were of a poor quality with the drawers drooping a lot and gaps far larger than the website picture. The coffee table was cracked badly in 3 places. Roseland did offer a refund right away and gave instructions for the items to be collected. However they didn't give any advance notice like they said they would. The driver knocked on the window interrupting an important work meeting, was rude, did not wear a mask, and regularly approached within half a meter. Very poor service and quality, sadly.

We ordered and paid £495 for an extra large sideboard after waiting weeks for it to come back in stock. We were so excited when we knew it was on its way, only to be totally deflated when the 2 man delivery, albeit on time, produced us with a small t.v cabinet. Now, had it of been a small sideboard I could have understood the error, but a TV cabinet bears no resemblance to our original order. I emailed Roseland who's reply was, sorry, picked in error, oh really.!! We'll arrange for your item to be shipped. Moving forward 1 week, there's been no further correspondence from Roseland, despite me emailing and asking for an update, and nothing from the carrier to suggest it's with them. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement, once (if) we ever get our item I'll have to seriously consider whether we ever order anything else from them, but I sincerely doubt it.!!

I ordered 3 pieces of furniture two months ago. All were due to be delivered together. When I asked twice for a rough estimate of delivery date I was told that the suppliers to Roseland hadn't told them when they would release the furniture. I still don't have all my furniture and there has been no apology or explanation apart from a lack of communication between Roseland and their supplier. How long can a company hold my money without delivering or at least giving an estimated delivery date? Two of the three pieces of furniture arrived with the only notice being a message saying my furniture was on it's way and a call from the delivery company on the same day as the message saying they would be with me in an hour. Not ideal as I work full time. Hopefully the last piece will arrive with better communication.

My order was placed on specified delivery, several weeks after ordering requiring a day off work. You can't book a Saturday nor a time slot. Delivery didn't take place when agreed as mysteriously items weren't in stock the day before despite a confirmation email all was well a week previously. If you place an order with Roseland - insist that they do not use XPD couriers. 3 separate deliveries all on days NOT arranged nor agreed and also out with time slots confirmed and unbelievably leaving furniture on the street in plain sight hours before it was supposed to be delivered. Still missing the 4th piece which XPD "lost" Roseland arranged a replacement using DPD. Far better service this time. Good quality furniture but courier service XPD is a joke and seriously lets your business down. Also it takes too long to reach anyone when there's a problem.

Bookcase arrived as planned , but the oak top was scratched and discoloured . Could not face the trauma of repackaging and returning the item , so accepted a partial refund of 17% of the purchase price . Poor product quality control both by the Vietnam suppliers, and by Roseland Furniture. Would not risk buying furniture from Roseland again

I am not happy with my last buy from this Company, I phoned and spoke to a cust service team member but she was not interested , first I was under the impression this Company prided themselves with assembled furniture it states this when browsing the net for this site so I ordered the first item which came assembled but when I ordered the second item it cam flat packed really annoyed being disabled I had the cost of paying out a man to assemble it , and then the legs on one side do not join and there are gaps , plus the draw on my item is rough and a shade really to the point of white and if one looks closer you can see the draw has been put on when delivered back to front so the shiny side is not showing I have situated it in a dark corner and covered it with a mat and put my large world globe on it
