I have found my experience with you quite poor I'm still waiting for a replacement for the damaged item i bought and every time I try to get hold of someone I'm redirected so I'm still waiting for someone to correspond

Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 sideboards, received one after chasing. Arrived 2 hours after time slot at 8.30pm no apology! Had to wait a further week for my other item, barely an apology after I chased item. Real shame as item of good quality and would have purchased matching items it service had been better. Second item delivered and left in hallway halfway up stairs. Very poor

I was disappointed that I was not advised that my delivery was due to arrive and hence I was not in - this resulted in the chest of drawers being left in my neighbours garage. I then had to drag the chest of draws on my own back to my house

The order I placed on 5th October 2020. I have not recieved my order yet so cannot comment on items I ordered. I have been sent e-mail to say it will be delivered on 29th October.

I have bought and paid for a piece of furniture which I am now told I won't receive until January. Not ideal.

Very disappointed. We bought two DVD shelving units. The shelves are too close together. They just fit a standard DVD case which means that most box sets will not go on the shelves. It’s not as simple as taking the dvds out of the box either because some of the box sets have a concertina insert that holds the disks and is actually part of the box. A few extra millimetres between the shelves would have made all the difference.

The actual furniture is well made and worth the money but I had trouble with the delivery and found the customer service experience very poor and almost rude

This chest of drawers is not of the quality commensurate with the cost. The style is nice and the dimensions good for a small room, but the wood is light in weight and the drawers do not run in and out at all well. There appear to be no runners, just a basic groove which isn’t slick so the drawers skew constantly.

I have purchased items from Roseland Furniture before and have been pleased with the items but my current purchase of a chest of drawers was very disappointing, It had been poorly constructed . The joints weren't put together properly and the glue was showing . Although the item is going to be exchanged ,it is currently out of stock . Better quality control in the factory would have prevented an inferior item being delivered

We still await two of the three pieces we ordered on 24 September I love the bedside cabinet but I ordered two. The tallboy chest of drawers has not arrived either Today a delivery man tried to deliver a piece I had not ordered..a larger chest of drawers. He took it back with him. How long will I have to wait Iwonder ?.

i recently bought two storage cabinets described as solid wood which in actual fact are MDF with a reclaimed timber lid botched up with filler so as you can imagine not at all happy !

Not as good as the picture suggested. Poor finish. Nightmare trying to get the small screws in to handles.

It took a month for the order to arrive and I had to chase it myself twice. When it did arrive it was just left on the door step where anyone could have stolen it.

Waited 3 months for delivery then when it was delivered I had to ask him to put it in the hallway instead of leaving it half in and half out of the porch. I am a pensioner and couldn't move it. Disappointing.

Item arrived damaged but we have managed to hide the damage as its at the back of the unit. Also the delivery driver was rude and left the parcel at the end of the drive rather than bring it to the door. The unit looks great though, it's just a shame it's damaged.

Great product - shame about the delivery driver who destroyed our rockery lights. Roseland did not want to know about the problem, said they could only progress if we witnessed the damage.

I knew my item was on a re-order but was not told had to wait 8 weeks for stocks to arrive. It was only when I said I wanted a refund some action was eventually taken. Waited over 3 months in the end. ????. Don't think the customer should have to keep e-mailing like I did. It would be nice to be kept updated of the progress by the company.
