Ordered two wardrobes, both in stock and separate orders required urgently for a house move. One turned up on time and looks lovely. Unfortunately the other order is somewhere between Roseland and the courier. Roseland say they've emailed the courier, a week ago, but unfortunately can't help me further - with options of waiting, or a refund or wait for it come back in stock. If you need furniture on time I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointed that they can't communicate with their courier better.

Furniture was not of the quality I had read about in reviews. Doors were upside down, wood cut incorrectly thus making assembly impossible. We sent it back and got a full refund. Collection is only Monday's so had to wait 2 weeks. We don't have a wardrobe and storing the one to send back was extremely difficult. Overall very disappointed.

We are still missing part of our order hence the rating. Have followed this up several times and still waiting for a response. The furniture that was delivered was good quality

We like the style of the bed, the actual colour is darker than the photos online. Sadly, the there is not a lot of solid oak that can be found on the bed. The main rails are made from oak veneered MDF. Even the headboard & foot of the bed are veneered.. It would seem that only the legs are actually oak... The veneer has already started to break away from the edges.. Sorry to give a negative review but it's a bit disappointing really. As my wife doesn't like the colour I am going to paint it with chalk paint which should cover up the flaking veneer..

quality of item purchased was poor - from pieces falling off, uneven feet & damage in multiple places. Roseland dealt with the return speedily with good communication. Just a shame both items had to go back.

The furniture is fine. It’s acceptably made for the price, sturdy enough and looks ok. The customer service is SHOCKING. Ordered three items, a bookcase, a nest of tables, and a TV stand. The bookcase was out of stock so I was emailed and told they would dispatch it all when the bookcase was back in stock which should only be a few days. Sure enough a few days later the bookcase and nest of tables arrived, but no TV stand. I tried to call but they don’t have an active phone line. I emailed and waited three days for a reply which said there was a mix up and they would send the tv stand shortly. I waited a week, emailed them again to be told Two days later they had not sent me a new one but would do it now. I waited another week emailed again and waited two days to be told they had now dispatched it and gave me a tracking number. After a further week and no progress I emailed again and was told (two days later) that they had spoken to the courier and it would be with us in a few days. Another week goes by and I email again, this time a reply same day says the courier can’t find the tv stand, do I want a refund or for them to send me another one. Now at this stage of course I want a refund but finding a tv stand that matches the bookcase and nest of tables would be near impossible so I asked for a new one to be sent. A rapid reply (a few hours) later I was told it would be with me in a few days and finally it was. Until the latter emails no one seemed to care about my order. No one went the extra mile to resolve the issue. I asked for a call repeatedly which was ignored. Frankly, the goods aren’t good enough that the awful customer service is acceptable. I won’t be buying again and have recommended to others they shouldn’t buy either. Two stars is very generous in my opinion and is there only because the goods are four star, the company zero stars. Avoid this unprofessional company.

Only for the fact that I was desperate for this cupboard I would have returned it. The cupboard came very well packaged but as soon as the wrapping was removed the back of the cupboard started to come away. Checking, we found all of the staples had not been totally pushed in and the top layer not at all because they had not been lined up properly. I nailed the back on properly myself and then noticed chips on both of the drawers, I won't order again from Roseland, very poor. 2 stars for packaging and the really polite delivery man

Falls short on finish.....I,m rather angry when I saw the difference between the two bedside cabinets , one is fine but the other falls way under my expectations of such a good named company ....lovely wood but poor finish on one of the cabinets ...i can get my fingers in the side of the drawers when closed. I was planning on getting a new bit of furniture each month...but the poor finish of one set of drawers has put me off buying more ...lively wood but poor finish.

I ordered 3 items of furniture showing in stock, only to be told that 1 was not. I tried amending my order by phone, they refused to call me and email back and forth for a resolution was frustrating. The item then cane back into stock, delivery was arranged for the 3 items... I arranged to be at home, 1 item (not the same one) was missing from the delivery. I was told that sometimes happens and nothing can be done. They only deliver once a week to my geographical area, so I had to wait a week and arrange another day at home.

I ordered two items. One I am very happy with. The other arrived badly damaged. 2.5 weeks later I am still waiting for a collection of the faulty item and a refund.

Probably fine if you don't have issues. Order arrived promptly and we'll packaged. Unfortunately it was damaged. Also the top of the oak furniture was veneered mdf. Only offered a small amount off as compensation so I asked for return and refund. Took a while to collect after several promised times. Then took ages to return the money.

The bar stools were poorly made and a nightmare to put together even though it was advertised minimal construction, holes on rails drilled to big so had to use bigger screws and glue not supplied. Company response was sorry...don't buy unless your a joiner or very good at DIY.

It started with the packaging damaged delivery driver would not stay for us to check if there was any damage .....What’s the old sayings “you pay for what you get” “To good to be true” Not a great build to be honest, dribbles of paint, doors and side have scratches like the wrong grade sandpaper was used luckily for me the customer didn’t like the colour 2 hours of sanding and a re spray sorted it out won’t be buying from these again

Very unhappy our sideboard arrived with a huge hole in the side panel however was very nice but we have had to return it and still waiting somebody to collect it.

Orders furniture a month ago. Yet to receive a date or when the next stage will actually happen. Cant comment on the quality of the product but if it's like the customer service I'm not expecting much

Lovely TV stand, one leg is a bit shorter than the other, I am afraid my new TV will be knock over. Wasn't very happy.
