I purchased the London Oak chest of drawers. The photos do not reflect the lack of quality of the item. I was fooled into believing the drawers were wholly dovetailed. They were not. Only the drawer fronts were. The interior wood classed as "solid" resembles an orange box. Very disappointing. However it was not worth the hassle of returning it so it has been kept. If it lasts more than a few months I would be surprised. I had planned to by more but will not be doing so

Paid & delivered quite quick damaged item STILL waiting for replacement After nearly a week. Another few days & refund needed to purchase elsewhere

Product fine.After all they just import and sell the product.Customer care absolutely awful. Inquiries were dealt with haphazard, several days after the question was asked, conflicting information supplied and the downright erroneous, misleading and incorrect, no reply when this was pointed out. Would I deal with them again? Never. Plenty other companies out there with same/similar products who treat customers promptly and honestly.

Can only comment on experience so far and as I still haven’t received my order despite saying on the order I needed it by 4th as it is for a 50th birthday gift am still NOT in receipt. Message twice asking for delivery update and told not to message multiple times although I never received a delivery update. So not happy and will not be recommending or using again unfortunately

I have provided a status of 'poor'. This is due to the furniture it's self was damaged and poorly made, however the customer service was very good /excellent. So in summary a mixed review

Having purchased a quantity of oak bedroom furniture, I was a little disappointed to find this company does not inspect goods that come in from a supplier and is left up to the customer to do. One item had been damaged by water or damp making it totally un acceptable, I ask for the replacement item to be checked before despatch this was not carried out and while I found some damage to the rear leg of the item could not take a chance on another item not being damaged. Looking at other furniture from other suppliers I found the price and quality was a lot better from them. With this I would not use this company again and advise customers to shop around

Product arrived on time, good value for money, feels good quality etc... However numerous dents and on the top front edge of the cabinet, clearly visible when watching TV let the product down. This is the reason for a lower score.

We placed an order for six items of furniture with Roseland. All six arrived in reasonable time given the pandemic circumstances, however, this is where the positive experience ended. Five our of six items were fine, however, one item was delivered in a box with minimal damage but when unpacked split, buckled and splintered. The item has clearly been dropped from a great height and not the fault of the courier. The item was reported and graciously exchanged within a week - again it's been busy with the pandemic so, fine - but the exchanged item that arrived was also damaged, this time it was clear that poor workmanship was to blame with various drilled sections split because the screws had been overtightened. Another exchange was arranged where we specifically requested the item be checked prior to dispatch and we were promised this would happen. We also requested that due to the fact this was a third item to be delivered in exchange it would be a priority but this was not met. This arrived, again a week later, and to our despair, was the worst yet, showing the same issues of both previous items combined! We gave up and requested a refund for the item but was informed that we would not get the full value of the item because it dropped below the overall order value to below an offer threshold. I complained outlining that the reason for the refund is entirely due to the poor quality of items delivered by Roseland and not my desire to not have the item. A reply eventually came agreeing to the full amount. The customer service during this drawn-out transaction was appalling. At no point did we feel like a valued customer and the tone of emails were indirect, deflective and treated me as if we were an inconvenience. We wanted to use Roseland to support a local business but this left a very sour taste and we will be telling all our friends to avoid this business at all costs in the future.

Furniture look okay front and sides, the rear has large lables and the words Vietnam stamped in ink. That's not good if furniture not displayed against wall. The oak hall bench with baskets we have purched is very smelly, state of packaging with water Mark's suggests it's been in the warehouse for a very long time.

Asked to pay to return item that I ordered after I requested to return as not as expected. I had to pay to return it. Should be able to return free of charge especially as returned within the week

I wasn’t informed when my sideboard was to be delivered.i arrived home to find the sideboard had been dumped in the communal area by my flat door and could have been taken. I’m 89 and unable to move the sideboard and had been going to arrange help when it was delivered. It was delivered on a Saturday and on the following Monday , I received an email saying it would be delivered that day. On contacting Roseland, they said ‘sorry’ and that they’d sent it by the wrong delivery company. What customer service. I couldn’t recommend the company if you can’t wait in all day from the day you leave the order.

First time we ordered they were great this time I’ve felt let down, we ordered a table lamp and telephone table with 2 baskets, due for delivery on the 13th of may. They email tracking details when it’s been shipped first time it worked second time, the link went to a TNT track and trace but our parcel had tuffnells next to it, neither worked, the parcel arrived on the 14th but one item telephone table was missing, driver said tuffnells are useless and he will probably be back tomorrow, however 5 days on from when it was supposed to be here it still isn’t. I have tried to contact by phone several times but no answer, I’ve emailed and did get a reply 2 days later to say we will have to wait until Monday. Monday hasn’t brought any more news, and I’m really disappointed we’ve bought a set we’re missing one piece with no contact and no idea if it will arrive.

The finish on the top of this table is poor, i cant understand how it passed a quality check, looks like scratches under the surface of one pannel. It required assembley upside down, so i built it on the living room rug, so as not to mark it, didnt realise untill i turned it upright, that it had arrived with an unsightly fault. The actual colour is also a lot lighter than in the associated picture

The furniture is yet to arrive. the tracker device tells me, and i quote, 'Nothing to the deliver'. i have asked the courier company to explain the message and have not received a response as yet.

Difficult to give a review as am still waiting delivery of bookcases. Problem seems to lie with couriers and a lack of information somewhere in the line. The ordering process, on-line, was fine and Roseland staff have been very concerned to sort out delivery but I still await mews of when items will be delivered.
