Bought two Farrow bedside units. Both broken upon delivery! Fortunately, customer service was first class! New units being delivered as soon as possible even during CoVid19 crisis!

My bookshelf arrived damaged in 3 places. I haven’t returned the product as no one needs unnecessary contact in these difficult times. I’m not sure I would trust ordering from this website again though. Prompt delivery.

Quite a lot of pine/composite material used in the construction, probably no more than 50% of the unit is oak. Would be fairer if that was made clear

Ordered a chest of drawers on Friday morning in time for next day delivery, then paid extra ten pounds for next day delivery. Problem is it didn't, arrive until Monday. Contacted Roseland on Saturday to be told I hadn't selected Express delivery ,when it quite clearly states I had selected this on invoice. Website needs to be clearer and also no apology or help over telephone.

I cannot honestly give anything but a poor rating as I ordered a London Oak television cabinet on 04 03 2020 and as of today 12 03 2020 I haven't received it yet..there seems to be a lack of correspondence between Roseland Furniture and,Delivery firm to myself. I was going to order two hall tables but on reflection I am now having second thoughts.

Although the tv unit is very nice the communication concerning delivery was not acceptable. Delivery arranged for Tuesday with a phone call to allow a 3hr window, I re-arranged appointments I had on Tuesday to Wednesday I did not receive a call, so I rang for an update only to be told delivery was delayed until the Thursday if I hadn’t called I wouldn’t have known, I was told to call at 10am Thursday and they would call the driver and let me know what time it was going to be delivered, this was imperative as I had an hour’s journey to the property where it was going to be delivered to, Roseland knew this. On Thursday morning at 8.30 I had a message from the delivery company to say it had been delivered. When I complained to Roseland they said they had no control over the delivery company and offered an apology but they didn’t seem at all bothered. When I got to the property it was outside the door and the packaging was very wet as it had been raining. This is not good customer service and I would not purchase from this company again as they are very unreliable and do not communicate with you, they have your money so why bother.......

TV stand arrived with a natural wood flaw right on the front which looked awful. Whilst I accepted it was a natural flaw the customer service received was unacceptable and unhelpful. Also it was made clear whilst I could return the stand no other one could be send and it could be the same. Maybe they could have checked it before despatch?? Also how many have these flaws right on the front of the furniture - are there no quality checks? Not a company we will be using again.

Good quality furniture for a good price but let down by the delivery. Poor communication, no one could tell me when my order was coming until a day before which made it very difficult working full time. Received a dispatch email a month after it was delivered. Arrived long after the estimated time from their website and I was left in a new flat without any furniture.

service is absolutely abysmal and if you not in a hurry the furniture is quite good, my only thought when they eventually delivered it thank goodness the customer was not in a wheelchair.

quick to reply, after a bit of wait on phone, polite guess professional, yes refund or replace, but not good customer service with any discounts with a day from hell. They do not inspect items so shipped in and then dispatched. Would not recommend this company maybe cheap but cheap products. AVOID

Not very happy ordered 2 wardrobes only 1 has arrived. Promised to ring when missing order was found and sent on and no reply. Wardrobe and bedside units nice but thought quality would be abit better.

The first bedside tables I ordered came broken, gave benefit of the doubt and re-ordered, not much better, shoddily made, but couldn't be doing with hassle of returning them and booking another day off to wait in for delivery.

I was initially impressed by the ease of ordering. I was surprised how quickly it came but had to be quick to stop it coming from my house and to somewhere I could collect from instead. The item was significantly damaged so this then leads to needing to send back which was a nuisance but these things happen. The system requires you to be available all day and not until the day do you know what time it will be coming. I arranged for the swap to happen on Thursday in my half term holiday and had to cancel another appointment in order to do this. The faulty item was collected but I was told that there was no replacement item as it hadn't reached the depot on time. I rang Roseland and pointed out that I had commitments and would be back at work teaching on Monday and wouldn't be at home for a whole day until April! I asked for the item to be delivered to a pick up point and was told this wasn't possible. They offered to deliver on Saturday which I said was fine but would need to be before 12 o'clock. Nothing arrived. On Monday a delivery attempt was made but, of course, I wasn't in. I went on the email on line and was able to change the delivery to Curry's so don't understand why I wasn't advised to do that when I rang previously. I was told that it couldn't be stopped from coming to my house. I haven't yet collected the item and am dreading opening it and finding more problems.

We took delivery of a Roseland double wardrobe last week and in many ways are very disappointed. Opening the doors are very difficult due to the strong magnets at the bottom and the two drawers are not on runners as expected and are equally difficult to open and close. surely these items can be updated.

I've not yest received my sideboard and delivery time has not yet been confirmed. I received a text, poorly written from an unknown number informing me that delivery would be tomorrow, I have confirmed my email address as requested, but heard nothing further in relation to time, so right now I am not happy with communication.
