All 4 pieces of furniture arrived on time but cannot say they were very well made. Several splits in the wood and dents too. Not sure how they were passed on inspection. On the positive they did collect them quickly for return and refund. Staff very helpful. Such a shame as we did look up reviews and most were good. ??

We had ordered from Roseland before and wanted a matching piece of furniture. The item itself is very good, but the delivery service they used were appalling - two delivery slots on different days when they failed to turn up and then did turn up without warning at 5:30 on a Saturday evening. I like the design and quality of their furniture but would want reassurance that they have resolved the delivery problems before ordering again.

The unit I received is not the same as was advertised on the website. Really think if the item is not the same then Roseland should advise what is different rather than saying the item is back in stock and send picture of item you will be purchasing.

Unfortunately the sideboard was received badly damaged,. Despite the box being labelled two man delivery required it was delivered by a single driver and had almost certainly been dropped during transit. Hard to judge the quality of the product as I didn’t totally unpack it once the badly cracked side became apparent. The response to collect the item was prompt and hopefully also my refund.

Sadly this will not make good reading. We were considerably inconvenienced when at the last minute the carriers, in themselves very pleasant and helpful men, delayed the arrival time by three hours. We have yet to build the wardrobe, it needs two strong people, and the instruction leaflets are woefully inadequate. So if you cannot dance attendance on the carriers, do not have access to physical assistance, and need better guidance for the build, look elsewhere. The finish of the dis-assemble wardrobe is excellent: we will see what it is like when built.

Furniture OK but did not deliver on specified date. Had to chase up myself with second courier who it had been passed on to. Delivered following day after chasing up again. Inconvenient.

The item was a lot darker than the photos on the website . Was dissapointed . The delivery firm was unreliable.. turned up three hours after estimated time given . The customer service was prompt and efficient . Item was returned for refund

I have given such a low review due to the awful service provided by the courier firm XDP. I won't be using your company again if you continue to use such a dreadful organisation to deliver your goods. Happy to discuss this with you as I am extremely infuriated by the poor customer service received from them. To make matters worse they make it as hard as possible to get in touch when there is a problem! Fortunately the item wasnt damaged in transit considering how they dumped it with me.

Furniture is fine. Paying £25 for delivery is too expensive. Requesting a further £25 for a 2 man delivery is daylight robbery

Ordered a bedside cabinet and a 2 + 4 chest of drawers. Only discovered on completing my order that I had to pay a £40 delivery surcharge due to my postcode, however, the furniture was the correct dimensions for my room and I had struggled to find suitable pieces anywhere else so I paid up. Carrier emailed to state delivery date and I stayed at home to take delivery. By 7pm no furniture but carriers website stated 'Delivered'. Next day I discovered that the carrier had sub-contracted the job to another firm and was told that delivery would be that afternoon. Had to go out in the morning but returned before noon to find the furniture in my greenhouse! On unpacking the bedside cabinet I found that the metal handles were tarnished and the coating was bubbling up - looked like the piece had been on display somewhere prior to delivery. Chest of drawers was OK. However only oak veneers, very cheap, thin wood on drawer bottoms and disappointing finish. Sadly will not be buying any more pieces from this company.

Disappointed. Still waiting to receive our dresser despite being advised it should be delivered by 23/01 when placing the order. The delivery team only gave 1 delivery date as an option which we couldn’t be available for.

Product is ok for the price not a patch on Oakland furniture the big let down was the delivery company wasted a whole day waiting for them to deliver

Customer service needs improving greatly, not one of my phone calls was returned, order arrived 2 days late after paying extra for express despatch then was advised incorrect/different information, thankfully am pleased with the actual furniture!

Ordered 2 sideboards. Was told I would get an email and a text when my sideboards were being delivered. Came home one day and they were outside my door for everyone to see or take. I emailed them and they said they would look into it but haven't answered any of my emails with the outcome. There's marks on one of sideboards but they say it's natural. But my other sideboards is fine. Said if I want to send it back I to pay. But they said they wouldn't replace it so I have reluctantly kept it as I would then not have sideboards that match. Would not buy from them again or recommend them

Only poor because the item was damaged on arrival which is due to the courier although the item seemed to be very well packed.

Since ordering on the 27th Dec I received notice that it had been delivered to the despatch depot. Nothing else at all. I contacted Truro who said it would arrive at the despatch depot and be out for delivery on Monday 6th Jan. I am absolutely disgusted at your service. At the moment it is non existent. Can you please tell me what is happening to my order. I shall not be using you again.

Goods not delivered on date given, when they did arrive one item was smashed to pieces. Poor response and attitude by staff regarding this problem. After many emails a replacement was delivered. We where told the damaged item will be collected as an exchange -but guess what that was yet another mistake the exchange didn't take place. I have just received an email offering me £20 off my next order if I do a review.............compensation on the hassle we had my have given me hope in the company I will not use Roseland again.
