The Staples in the back of the Bookcase were stuck out ,I had to pull a few of them out ,because they were jagged and dangerous was disappointed with the workmanship on the Bookcase.

A little disappointed but as the saying goes - you get what you pay for and the price was good. I was limited to the size of my alcove hence my model choice rather than price choice. I have two units from Oakland and wanted something to match but neither colour or quality are very similar we like that the unit was fully assembled though.

Tv cabinet Arrived very quick but the back leg was smashed, it was well wrapped so obviously it was done before wrapping, on looking at reviews after I noticed others had received damage goods,if I had read tgd reviews beforehand I may not have ordered mine, they were good when I rang up and they knocked me £50 off. Personally I think they need to spend more time checking items that are getting sent out of the warehouse and paying more attention when wrapping the item up this will be less hassle to both parties.

I have recently ordered 3 sideboards from you. Two have arrived damaged. The first time I accepted a discount however this time I have opted for a replacement which was offered for next Monday -Friday. I agreed for Monday only to be told you are now out of stock. I am so disappointed as your furniture is lovey. Do you have any idea when they will be back in stock please

The add read 'solid oak', however it has a very cheap feel and is oak veneer stuck on badly to the wood. Don't waste your money.

I received my replacement chest of drawers yesterday and the faulty item was collected, the new item was packaged much better than the first, on opening the replacement item I found this satisfactory. Please note that now that I have completed my collection of bedroom furniture, I would not choose to use you again as this is not the first time I have had reason to complain, I must admit that each time you have resolved the issue even though last time it resulted in you taking £50.00 off of the cost of my wardrobe, it is the inconvenience that is the problem.

Not impressed. Still waiting for my furniture! Ordered it on 14th April, and according to the website, delivery was due on 17th. Apparently as I upgraded to a 2 man delivery, and I paid £25 extra, my delivery would be 7 days, more now because of Coronavirus. It was not clear within the site. Your team sent me a link which corroborates this, but it is still not clearly stated during the order process... So I wait... 🤔 😡

Our two pieces of furniture arrived but in unpacking noticed both pieces were badly damaged. Rang and was told to send email with photos which I did, within a few minutes an email came back to say replacements had been arranged which we are due to receive on Friday. We love the furniture though (we have another piece we got a couple of years ago) so we have our fingers crossed the next delivery is not damaged! U have rated poor (2) because of damage but the furniture itself would get a 5

Parcels arrived on time however items London oak the veneer is poor quality and cheap, the workman ship variable from piece to piece not worth the price dressing table arrived with dents chipped veneer and a split joint in a broken leg. Sent info and pictures to company not heard anything back sent again 18th April still heard nothing as asked for refund and All items to be picked up for return . Disappointing product quality and service over all.

Sideboard arrived damaged in several places - in fairness to Roseland, damage to packaging suggests damage caused by courier. Rang customer service - first person I spoke with - male - was exceptionally rude, unhelpful and dismissive, telling me to email photos of damaged sideboard, which I had already sent twice - and then hung up on me despite me being polite and calm. Second person was lovely and was able to arrange For the collection of the damaged sideboard and delivery of a replacement. However, despite the date for this being yesterday, this has not happened and there has been no communication. I am left with a re-packaged damaged sideboard in my hallway. Shame as the sideboard, if it had not been damaged, looks nice - hence still 2 stars. Not a great experience. Hopefully it will have a happy ending.

The quality is not very high. It looks as if items are imported without being checked. The drawers of the bedside tables we bought are too narrow for the frame they sit in leaving unsightly gaps

In the past I have been very impressed but this time it hasn’t turned up despite delivery company saying it was delivered. Not happy at all and will shortly be asking for a refund as paid for goods I have not received.

Whilst the parcel was marked fragile the box was damaged and so was the goods within therefore had to return the goods. Also didn't think the goods were of that good quality.

I am not happy with the service, I am still awaiting collection of my damaged TV stand that was delivered last week & I am awaiting a response from a email I sent you stating that the new lamp/side table you exchanged is also damaged again. For the money you request for these items I would expect them to turn up in perfect condition.

It hasn’t gone unnoticed that the price of all furniture has increased by a minimum of £20 since restrictions have been put in place due to cov-19, which I find extremely unethical.

Delivery was good as usual with this supplier however there was a bump mark on the front of the top of the bedside drawers, more disappointing was the tall boy had been retrofitted with different handles that did not match the range and the old holes had been plugged but were not completely covered by the replacement handles. Lastly the screws supplied to hold the replacement handles are too long and when tightened the handles still rattle. Will buy from elsewhere in future.
