The ordering of two wardrobes was relatively easy. We were required to pay in advance ! Had email to say our order was being processed. ( Two wardrobes).15th. may. Another email 19th. May to say order dispatched. On 27th.May rang store enquiring as to whereabouts of my wardrobes as had expected delivery by now. Advised by customer service company would deliver shortly. We recently moved into this property and have no wardrobes or cupboard space. We are desperate ! The wardrobes STILL HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED ! (2nd. June.). Mrs. Oliver. Never again.

Sorry, but I can’t write a review of the product as I don’t have it yet. It was ordered on 11/5/21, the item was in stock and the website advised delivery 7-10 working days. On 12/5 I received an email to say it has been dispatched but as of today (26/5) I still don’t have it. Apparently it is now due around 3/6/21....who knows!

it looks nice but for the price we were expecting solid oak at least on the top piece but its not its just cheap stuff. we paid 550 and feel like we have been robbed, its not even spray painted underneath :( We are in 2 minds of whether to send back. this cabinate should be at the £300 not £550 i could have got a similar one for 260 so really annoyed to be honest

The item needed to be partly assembled but came with no instructions or tools - item doesn't fit together that well but it's OK. Part of the item was broken but not beyond repair so I corrected this. There were several scratches and marks. Couldn't face packing it all back up and getting replaced so am living with the imperfections. First time I ordered from Roseland and won't be ordering again. Not a great experience.

Difficult to comment on quality of furniture at this point as it still has not been delivered. Communication from delivery company has been poor and confusing and I still don’t know when to expect my purchase

Sorry roseland but I was really disappointed with the sideboard it was smaller than I thought the doors don't close very easily and I have to say it is cheap looking when to me £285 took me a while to save up for me I don't think I will be buying from you again.

Overall a very good experience with Roseland furniture. However disappointed with the FARROW GREY DOUBLE WARDROBE WITH DRAWERS costing £489.95. For this price I would expect a proper wooden wardrobe. However the top of the wardrobe is planked and does not have solid oak. For this price I would expect a clean oak top. The description doesn’t indicate that the wardrobe top would be hollow planks, a cleaning nightmare. Won’t recommend the wardrobe not worth the price. The chest of drawers is good no complaints.

The sideboard we ordered had a badly scratched top so we refused delivery (the delivery company were brilliant, though). Sadly the experience with customer service has not been great at all. We had no contact off them afterwards, and we have had to chase them several times instead to see what's happening - and now almost two weeks later are still awaiting news about when the replacement sideboard will be delivered. Hoping the replacement when it finally arrives is in better order. They've had our money for weeks now and we have not got anything to show for it. Disappointed to be honest.

I received my console table promptly but unfortunately it was damaged with paint flaked and peeling badly in 3 corners of the shelf. I have returned it on 5th May and I await a full refund.

Delivery on 30th April 2021 of supposed dining room table, 4 chairs and sideboard. We did not receive the table top or connecting bolts to the legs and had two chairs we did not order. Phoned immediately after delivery and since chased with an email. Still have no date for delivery of table top and chair collection. Please sort out immediately. Thank you

I ordered a sideboard that arrived damaged. It was evident as soon as I opened the box so resealed it & email for a replacement. The most annoying thing is that you can’t speak to anyone, Roseland furniture love to fire back an email saying ‘do not reply to the email’ - even when I’ve replied to the person that wrote to me! Another delivery arrived which they couldn’t find on the van BECAUSE IT WAS A COLLECTION!!!! The damaged sideboard is still in my house & I’ve now also cancelled the replacement. SORT IT OUT ROSELAND!

Very disappointed with the service. The cabinet took several weeks longer to arrive than anticipated with no updates from the company. There was an offer for £20 off your next purchase if you left a review, but after more than 2 weeks and several emails with customer services I’m yet to receive this voucher. All seems like a shady, dishonest attempt to build their review bank to trick more people into buying their nicely priced but bang average goods.

Bedside cabinet delivered without two of the handles. Got in touch they said they would send two but it would take 10 days. Haven’t been able to use the cabinet. Would have been better for them to send them next day

I have not received the product yet to see how beautiful it is in order for me to give a review. I am still waiting for it but I thought that your furniture looked great. The information I have is that to will be delivered on Friday 29th. Unfortunately, I moved last Thursday and therefore no longer at the address I used while ordering it. I moved 10 min drive away from that address. I moved into a new development and the property is not yet listed and so its address is not appearing on google map. Please, advise the men delivering to call me on 07779624985 so that I can give them direction where I am. Thank you.

We have not yet received our item of furniture ,expected it yet another 6 to 8 days -The problem appears to be the delivery company XDP who said they had delivered but had not . Our telephone calls to Roseland furniture were fine the staff polite and a further piece of furniture is being sent out and no doubt the process withXDP begins agai When ordering the item it was stated the item ten was in stock and delivery in 7 days - therefore we are very disappointed -
