2 orders from Amazon,one delivered on time with perfect tracking. The other was being delivered by Royal Mail. This stated delivery no later than 8pm? As 8pm pasted I receive message on Amazon saying item is now running late and will be delivered in next 3 days? Always an issue with RM and never with Amazon delivery. Why do Amazon bother as RM are letting customers down when they have a brilliant service themselves??

website is shocking, doesn't function properly constantly crashing. cant even track a parcel without signing up and even then the tracking parcel search bar comes then disappears. sort it out!

Why is Amazon using Royal Mail. Their site it hopeless. I ordered hearing aid batteries on 24th March - due to arrive 27th. Still missing. Tracking order is not on RM site either. Fortunately very helpful staff at HAB hearing quickly refunded money. But I need the hearing aids. Have re-ordered, and paid extra £2.95 for tracked speedy delivery. But the RMsite today is showing nothing once again, other than I'll get them by 8pm. Which is what they said about the first order. And that was 9 days ago!!!! Amazon - geT rid of Royal Mail. They don't deserve aven one star.

They are absolute rubbish. I sent a parcel to my sister, nine days before Christmas and it was returned to me more than twin months later because they could not find her address. Recently also, I have tracked a parcel that should have been received four days ago, and the parcel could not be found!!

Waiting for a parcel overdue by a week. No tracking, no communication, absolutely nothing. Seems as though royal mail can't even be bothered to make up excuses anymore. Without a doubt the worst delivery company there is.

Worst delivery company, 2 parcels were due respectively on March 24th And 25th. Never delivered and their joke of tracking facility still shows static messages of ‘ready to deliver’ after 6 days. The highlight of the first one, Royal Mail not only Did not explain the ‘non-delivery ‘ of the first parcel but also they advised the retailer, i have to go to their depot to Collect my ‘delivery’!! I mean are you for serious?? Coronavirus lockdown and Royal mail fail to deliver and want customers to do their job !!! Their published complaint email is not working, keeps bouncing back my complaint!!!

It is the worst service I had, I tried calling the customer service and it was so useful that I wished I even never called them and wast my time and till now I have not received my parcel from silsilk I hope this is the last time I have to deal with them. More than 14 days for a parcel to deliver if it comes they still have my parcel.

had an email your parcel has been delivered at 10.48 am , postman came at 3pm , only delivery of the day , oh must have gone somewhere else , that was it not their fault , USELESS

I haven't received my parcel since 26 of March. No update, no message from them!!! I'm really disappointed!! rubbish company!! Extremely late and not professional !! I prefer Hermes or DPD.

Royal Mail tracking is absolutely useless.The tracking says my parcel is on the way to the RDC - whatever that is - and it was last up dated on Wednesday 25 March !! I suggest Royal Mail asks Amazon how to set up tracking.

Tracking says, Item is on its way to the RDC. Last update 19th March, item delivered today 26th March tracking still saying on its way to the RDC. Absolutely useless, thank goodness for DPD.

2 parcels never arrived. 1 shown as delivered but never turned up. Called and was told I could made a complaint and would take 10 days. It was medications I expected. Not helpful at all. Another parcel never arrived, no red card left, only shown as not able to deliver becase the address was inaccessible. I live on the ground floor with street access. It’s extremely easy for all kind of deliveries. Home all day as self quarantine. No one came to deliver anything. No red card left. Called and again not helpful. Useless service! The worst delivery service I have EVER seen!!

It is actually a Minor 10. This is such an incompetent delivery company. I booked a redelivery to my local post office to find out that they lost my parcel. It was a medication I really need sent by my acupuncturist and since I’m leaving the country in a few days for a long while it was very important to take it with me. Without mentioning the money I spent. The only thing they say is they will issue a complain and will look into it and will let you know, without offering any guarantees or any kind of refund after it is their responsibility. What an incompetent and disrespectful company, you play with people as if they were puppets, without any regard to what loosing people’s items cause to them. Not only I will never use this company, but believe me I will make spread the word so much to friends acquaintances and on social media about your kind of service, that soon or later will have an impact on the company.

I would give zero, they never knock the door, they just drop letter to let you know to come to collect your item next day.

Zero stars if possible Me? Pensioner who has just been talked around in circles while paying for the long waiting time call with NO help what-so-ever. Book in a jiffy bag inside a plastic bag covered in perfumed oil substance and previously a letter from Inland Revenue covered in the same substance BUT I must speak with the 'sender' to find what happened. ROYAL MAIL NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE ANYMORE Nationalise again please!
