“At first it took 3 weeks for the traking page to update. It was in Manchester for 3 weeks. After that it got sent to China!! And I live in Europe. Now they told me it will be sent back to the UK.”
“Normally, I have no complaints at all about Royal Mail delivery, but when it goes wrong, it goes wrong, and their customer services is impossible to contact other than by phone, that is if they'd care to answer. There is no chat or email alternative. A tracked item was shown as being delivered today, but it wasn't, and I was in all day. I tried twice with each attempt lasting 15 minutes before I hung up in despair.
Unless they find the item I can see being out of pocket as their records show delivery and it will be my word against theirs.”
“Royal mail and it's tracking system. What a terrible service. The supplier is issued with a tracking number which they supply to the customer. It takes days before Royal mail receive the parcel and when they do they don't update the tracking. I have had parcels delivered and the tracking says dispatched. Nothing about in transit or out for delivery. Come on Royal mail you're suppose to be the best. Hermeys are doing much better.”

“Waited in until 15.00 for a new mobile to be delivered via a tracked 24 hour service. That has now turned into an untracked 24 plus service. I've lost count of the number of missed 4 hour time slots. Website is utterly useless for help. It is not surprising they are losing market share to more reliable carriers.”

“Everytime I order anything online and I see the delivery is to be done by royal mail it fills me with dread. Recently ordered a much needed part for a motorcycle on 24 hour delivery... that was was 4 working days ago. Not point in the tracking system as it seems to never get up dated and only received that 2 days after I should have had my delivery. This has happened numerous times now with royal mail recently. Only positive I can give is usually the people are polite at the collection places. I know this because I think every time they try to make a delivery they knock a door run and take it back to the depot.”

manage to contact Royal mail and the said we will deliver on Wednesday Forth of march to different address.
Come Wednesday no delivery to the new address but a red card send to the original address that they attempt to deliver and no one at home , the funniest thing we were at home.
anyway suppose to go my local sorting office the next day and collect this parcel guess what just came from the sorting office 8.12AM Thursday 5/03/2020 and they can't find the parcel.

Bought item on amazon due to be delivered the next day through amazon prime, taken by royal mail vis their Tracked 24hr service and was given a delivery slot between 8am and 12pm the next day. However item did not arrive, then given another slot between 8am and 12pm the day after that, still not here at 3pm. Tried to get in contact with my local delivery office and could not reach them. Would never use personally!”
“Never had a trouble-free interaction with them. A royal mail delivery is one that will require re-delivery and re-delivery. Never use them voluntarily.”

“Waited in all day for an hour after a delivery slot of 8.42-11.42 was given, now 1642 and no parcel, I was promised next day delivery for a very specific reason which will now be pointless, had two other next day deliveries arriving today by two different companies and they had both arrived by 2pm. Will not be using any company that uses the Royal Mail again, I am disgusted”
