“Use to be reliable many years ago, but royal mail are definitely the worst delivery company. They have cost me money in refunds and items going missing. I now use other reliable companys to deliver my products, there using the virus as a cover to hide there useless service.”

Twice I sent parcel to address which was delivered by royal mail, 3rd time important parcel which was a mobile phone for a relative to keep in touch during this hard times since she broke hers, she is single mum with 2 young kids, keeping in touch with her was important, I've purchased the phone on ebay,,,, Sent it next day delivery, that was early last month, by tracking the delivery it shows incorrect address and then they sent it to National Retirn Centre, Since 30 April, Am still phoning them and apart from giving me reference and telling me it will take upto 30 days until they returned it.if I knew royal mail was like this...I would never have used it...Best stick to other private couriers.”

So far this last 3 weeks, 3 deliveries including an important test result has failed to turn up. I blamed the private Laborartory company I used only to find out its Royal Mail. “I know royal mail like everyone else is going through a hard time but ive been missing over 15 packets from different customers from between 14 and 21 days. . Trying to get refunds from suppliers is extremely difficult and im out of pockets at prestent by alot of money. If thats not bad enough letters for hosp appointments and bank cards that arrive 3 weeks after being sent and when u currently go to shops who refuse cash and want you to use a card i havent got because there sat in some royal mail office is appalling . If you contact royal mail customer service no one seems to give a dam. Its time royal mail owned up to the mess there in and put out statements in the press . Ive got tracking numbers for goods and all i get is system wont show until delivered . What sort of service are we paying for ??

“I know there is a global pandemic going on but for crying out loud, how hard is it to deliver people's mail?
Supermarkets are still managing to keep food stocked and on the shelves, chemists are still getting people's prescriptions fulfilled but by god somehow Royal Mail seem to be having a really hard time doing their one and only job.
They have simultaneously managed to lose TWO of my orders, lose my sister's birthday card, and have delivered another family members mother day card cut open.

There is one post woman who takes absoultely ages delivery mail to in my street it's just really really ridiculous the time she takes to deliver to my home address and others surely it doesnt take that long delivery mail to customers only few weeks ago she was seen chatting to people in the street for over 25 mins why are they allowed to do this is beyond me. They not paid to chat to people on the street. I waited in all morning and afternoon for parcels mail to be delivered. Come on royal mail you can do better then this”
