A parcel should have been delivered on Monday second of march with tracking number revived Email while sitting at home looking outside the door that they attempt to delivery but no one at home and no red card either :) manage to contact Royal mail and the said we will deliver on Wednesday Forth of march to different address. Come Wednesday no delivery to the new address but a red card send to the original address that they attempt to deliver and no one at home , the funniest thing we were at home. anyway suppose to go my local sorting office the next day and collect this parcel guess what just came from the sorting office 8.12AM Thursday 5/03/2020 and they can't find the parcel. Someone please tell me should I Laugh or start Crying.

Really bad service overall. Bought item on amazon due to be delivered the next day through amazon prime, taken by royal mail vis their Tracked 24hr service and was given a delivery slot between 8am and 12pm the next day. However item did not arrive, then given another slot between 8am and 12pm the day after that, still not here at 3pm. Tried to get in contact with my local delivery office and could not reach them. Would never use personally!

Never had a trouble-free interaction with them. A royal mail delivery is one that will require re-delivery and re-delivery. Never use them voluntarily.

How do I give zero stars? Absolutle dog *** How do I tell you to leave my parcel in a safe place? App and website is not clear! Every single other delivery company I receive goods from makes it simple to do this. Sort it!

Waited in all day for an hour after a delivery slot of 8.42-11.42 was given, now 1642 and no parcel, I was promised next day delivery for a very specific reason which will now be pointless, had two other next day deliveries arriving today by two different companies and they had both arrived by 2pm. Will not be using any company that uses the Royal Mail again, I am disgusted

I have used Royal Mail on several occasions to post 'signed for' items. The online tracking system never works. I have been trying repeatedly for several days with the latest item and have the same problem each time, so this seems to be a consistent issue that Royal Mail has not addressed.

Purchase a item from USA through eBay Global Shipping Program by UPS it means that have already pay tax duty on it, so it will go through custom process without pay fee. Two weeks later, Royal Mail has posted me a grey card to said that I have to pay a duty fee of £27.87 for the Royal Mail to handle import tax items. The clock it was only £30! it is suppose to be deliver by UPS not Royal Mail. Royal Mail is robbery UPS courier business. Don't bother try to buy eBay's with Global Shipping Program from USA. I wish haven't bought the clock from USA because it would be a lot cheaper to buy the clock in UK for the same price without fee!

Newry PO needs investigation as 3 items of mail posted there in December and February have not been received - unable to get through to them directly to complain. Disgraceful service - they take your money and bin your letters apparently!

My friend in Newry posted mail to me on 17 December and again on 10 February - both 1st Class and neither were received. There is obviously a problem at Newry PO as they also sent mail to someone else which again was not received. If you pay postage then surely it is up to Royal Mail to deliver. I suggest there is an investigation into the service at this PO as totally unacceptable service

A parcel was apparently delivered to a neighbour although they can’t tell me who. As and they said because it was delivered they won’t take s as my responsibility for it and I now need to find the neighbor.

Post men forge signatures when they find people aren’t home and they aren’t willing to track and find or replace item. Very fake needs legal authorities to step in and take action. Why you still operating.

Parcel not delivered, letters lost in post, including 2 recorded delivery. I can't understand how you are still in business, you realy need to look into your delivery service.

Very poor, they dont answer phones, after 45mins I gave up waiting Website cannot recognize some tracking numbers No update on parcel delivery Very disappointed

ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!!!!!!! They charge a £8 'Handling Fee' for cutoms items!!!! I would NEVER use them again!

Royal mail tracking is terrible. I paid £13.50 to send a package to China which has taken over a month and the tracking info on the website is incorrect. I will never use this poor service ever again. Absolute mess.

Horrible!!! We are a business customer and we wanted some very important documents to be delivered at Companies House Gibraltar! A week later, the items are still sitting in their Gibraltar sorting office. They are not being delivered! We paid almost £10 for this appalling service! BEWARE! Use courier instead!

Absolutely terrible. They delivered not one but two of my packages to someone else - they were worth £60. It will be better if customers start boycotting sellers who use royal mal.

Had a parcel delivered to my green wheelie bin on the 12th of December pity i was on holiday until the 19th and had asked my neighbour if he would put my bins out while i was away and he did but the postman had left a little card tell ing me where he had put my parcel On the 20th i phone to complain and was given a complaint number and it would take 30 days for them to sort out heard nothing so phoned them back only to be told complained closed as i had now received my item on the 23rd i did ask for the name of the poor member of staff that had the horrible job of retreaving my parcel from the tip but they did not have a clue what i was on about so i was told the complaint was closed that was it was resolved i was the person out of pocket and not even sent a letter of apology great service not.

I buy old photographs and prints online. The tracking numbers I am given work for all delivery companies apart from the Royal Mail. Nearly every time I paste the tracking number and get a message saying they can't provide information right now and to try again later. Having to get through that authentication screen each time is an added irritation when I hardly ever get what I need! Why can't they get their act together? I don't accept that it's the seller's fault as it doesn't happen with other delivery companies. I also find the blithe reassurance on the RM site, when the information is not forthcoming, that we're not to worry and the item is on its way very unprofessional. This is just not good enough.
