“Usual, pretending they knocked when I was in and left a red card. Now I have to travel miles to collect because they were too lazy to deliver. Very dishonest company and should not be allowed to use "Royal" in the name.”

Ridiculous and never would voluntarily use this service, businesses, start switching to hermes! they have much better customer service and a better service”
“I was waiting for my delivery it was meant to be delivered on the 9th of December but it wasn’t delivered so I contacted the seller who told me the delivery might take a bit longer, I waited until the 29th of December then I called Royal Mail and what a shock! The woman was very rude telling me that the item was delivered somewhere else and also saying “the postcode is wrong” when I made it clear to her that I received more than one item under the same address, guess she wasn’t ready for that so she cut the line while am talking!
Today is the 5th of January and my item is still not here!

“Promised delivery 8.20 - 10.20 waited in all day, no parcel. Tracking 'service' is abysmal. They only care about business customers and the so called assistance takes you round in a continuous loop. Dreadful don't use”
“I was told by Royal Mail by text and email that my parcel would be delivered between 8.01 and 11.01 so I waited in until 12.15 but that was a waste of time just like being told when it 'would arrive'! It didn't require a signature and could have easily been left with a neighbour but NO. Over 3 hours later I'm advised they tried to deliver it but I was out. Subsequent attempts to contact them fail because it's the weekend. They are ABSOLUTE RUBBISH”
“Multiple times Royal Mail just slips a "Sorry we missed you" red card in your door instead of actually knocking to deliver your parcel. This has happened many times and last time I actually sat on the other side of the door to see if they'd knock.

“I paid for next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm. It didn't arrive that day as it got sent to the wrong sorting office. It didn't arrive the day after either. Rung them today and they said its the senders fault as only the post code and house number were on the address which is a blatant lie. As I know the person who sent me the package. Honneslty such a crappy service”
“Why are sellers still using RM ? Local sorting office only open 7-11 ? Constantly loose parcels ! I can honestly say that I have never actually been handed a parcel by RM , shockingly bad ! Any seller using RM gets a bad review and I will not use again.”

Seriously use any of the other delivery providers on the market. DPS are brilliant and even show you a map of your delivery drivers whereabouts.

- I needed to pay customs but noone has reached out to tell me. instead just held the item.
- I payed the customs... nothing... they just kept holding the item for 2 weeks.
- Tried to get in touch. --> absolutely impossible, internet forms and phone service cannot put you in touch with a person. My situation did not fit any of the prescribed forms.
Absolutely hate it, horrible experience. Just shut it down and we can use normal providers”
“They say they’ve delivered a tracked delivery but they haven’t... again. The last time this happened, in fact the last time I was sent a tracked parcel, they eventually delivered it 3 weeks after I had received the replacement parcel. It was really urgent that I received this on time and they let me down again. If I had the option I would go for the alternative every time - because I don’t think I’ve ever received a good service. How come Amazon manage to get it right and the Royal Mail who have so much more experience manage to f*** it up every time. So my advice is don’t bother spending money on their tracking service - you’re less likely to receive it than if you send it in the regular post. Oh...and the website just sends you around in circles. Absolutely useless. If I could have given them 0 stars I would have done.”
“I ordered my daughters main Christmas present that she had wanted for a few years now and she asked me every hour if it had arrived I kept on checking but it hasn’t arrived I am very upset and angry now my daughter is very upset and is taking it out on me and it is currently ruining our Christmas so thanks Royal Mail!!!!!”
“A package due to be delivered on 11th Dec was finally received on 20th but only after lots of chasing up. A relative paid extra for a selected date delivery. Five days later she is still waiting in ( using up her holiday time). This is disgraceful especially letting people down at this time of year.”

The receipt says you should expect it in 5 business days but it's been over a week and still nothing.
Bad customer service, I didn't get any useful support.
