⭐ 1-Star Review: Extremely Poor Service I am very disappointed with the service I received. I specifically requested my parcel to be delivered to my local Post Office for collection, yet it was handed over to a completely random address without my permission. This defeats the entire purpose of choosing a secure collection point. It’s unacceptable that staff appear to be rushing deliveries with no attention to detail or care. Incidents like this make customers worry about parcels being mishandled or even lost. The courier who delivered my item — listed as “Iona” — ignored the instructions and delivered the parcel wherever they wanted. This level of service is not only unprofessional but also undermines customer trust. I hope management investigates this issue seriously and ensures staff follow delivery instructions properly in the future.

Waited in all day for a parcel to be collected. There was no time slot given. Parcel was not collected. I had to re book for 2 days later. Waited in all day but still the parcel was not collected!! 2 wasted days. I will look for an alternative as I'm not staying in another day to be let down!!

I sent a very expensive pair of glasses for a reglaze. They had never been worn as I had a number of issues but were 6 years old and after a final eye op sent them to have news lenses. The reglaze company were superb and duly posted them back. As nobody was available to sign they were left next door. As no card was posted to notify us it was nearly 2 weeks before we found out. EVEN THOUGH THE NEIGHBOUR HAD SIGNED FOR THE DELIVERY, HE DENIED IT. The Original attempted delivery was caught on our ring doorbell as was the postman's attempt to recover the spectacles. Its been 6 weeks and all royal mail say is claim of the seders insurance. They cover the reglaze value not the replacement cost. I am now over £300 out of pocket. THE BEST THING IS THAT IF YOU SIGN OR TAKE IN A NEIGHBOURS DELIVERY THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN IF YOU KEEP THE ITEM. POST OFFICE AND POLICE DON'T CARE. ITS A WIN WIN

I ordered items from temu I contacted the support team and told them. I was travelling on the 8th of December and it said, speed up delivery. I did that, but the support team said that the item will arrive on the exact date and I told him I'm travelling. And I don't get on with my neighbours How can I trust my neighbours if they might search or look in my parcel or open my parcel? You can't contact royal mail because they have no email. No support team, nothing just a phone number and are open from Monday to friday only what rubbish service is that and i was traveling early morning Monday and the delivery was with royal mail and there was also speed up your delivery I did that still arrived late the item was rubbish service I'm not happy

It was supposed to come on 5/12/2025 (Friday last week) but I still haven’t received it it looks like it’s been sitting Jubilee MC since Friday 4:58am.

The delivery instructions couldn't have been clearer: to a doctor's surgery. They managed to deliver it to a hair salon six shops down. Unbelievable. Anybody with eyes could see it wasn't a doctor's surgery.

Terrible. No attempt to deliver packages although a 'you were out card' was pushed through the letter slot, packages have gone missing although I have an enclosed porch and a Ring camera and yesterday two letters marked 'private and confidential' were thrown into my front garden in the rain. Appalling service. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

The worst delivery company is royal mail after sending me emails that they found no one in the house yet iam there they had my parcel for over 10days i feel so angry and bad now went to the office in ardwick they say parcel is in ancoats

I paid extra for special delivery to come yesterday as it was meant to be a part of my 4 year old's birthday. There was NO KNOCK at the door. I know this because I was home yesterday and have dogs, therefore, if there had been a knock, they would have alerted me. Instead the inept postal worker has just put a slip through the door, despite the item being small enough to have fit through the letterbox!!!! I am heavily pregnant and this has caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress. Today is my daughters birthday and we were obviously not home. I LEFT A NOTE on the door for the postal worker to LEAVE IN LETTERBOX OR IN MT BACK GARDEN. The idiotic postal worker must also be illiterate as they have done NEITHER!!!! I hope you are pleased with yourselves Royal Mail, you have ruined my daughter's surprise for her birthday and caused complete stress to me. Absolutely useless, inept people. I AM DEMANDING MY MONEY BACK!!! Also, I will be posting this review on every social media platform I have access to. Absolutely DISGRACEFUL service. Does not even deserve one star!

Horrific. Paid the customs, on delivery day I got' sorry we missed you ' when I was in all day - redirected it to my home it did not arrive, waited in all day. Called numerous times only to be cut off - no help, no commubication, no attempt at delivery - a joke of a business...royal mail/ parcel force, do your job or don't take peoples packages. DO NOT USE these companies. Zero stars.

Please stay away from this company. My item is lost and they never reply emails. I paid them to throw away my important cerfiticate.

Why cant we leave 0 star!! Email received giving an approx time for delivery so I made arrangements with work to be at home. Then the times changed, and then the times were changed for the third time. I missed the delivery. Chit in the post to say it's going to be delivered the next day. (today). Been onto the website to track my item so I can ascertain an approx time.....Meh, no info available. Can't we just bin RM and Parcel Force off. We don't need them and we don't want them either. On the phone to RM to try and ascertain an ETA....over 60 minute wait. Another area of concern!!

Reading reviews I am not the only one recieving very poor service. Due to Royal Mail bad service even with tracking I sent a birthday present and gave Royal Mail benefit of the doubt and sent it by their normal post and guess what IT DID NOT ARRIVE. Due to not having any tracking NO HELP. I have finally got to the end of my thether unless I have to will look at other avenues to send my post/parcels. Royal Mail no longer a service but a disaster

A truly terrible criminal company who thinks they can do what they want. I have had hundreds of parcels lost over the past year. Even though the parcels show as not delivered on their own system they still refuse claims and steel the money for a service they know there not providing. Taking money for a service their own system is telling them there not providing is clearly theft and is a crime. I wrote a written complaint three months ago and it was promised it would all get sorted out two months ago and I just had to put all my claims in again. This took me a lot of time. This was ignored and every email I have sent them since has been ignored. When I call them and take around an hour to get through, I just keep on getting told that I have to wait and they can't give me any sort of time scale on sorting this out. It’s been a whole year since I have told them about the problems and three months since my written complaint and they won't even tell me how much longer it’s going to be. How can so called companies like this get away with it when there meant to be regulated.

Would have given zero stars… service is seriously soo poor. Royal Mail said I would get delivery of BTHub etc 26th September 2025..BT engineer arrived Monday PM to do broadband fibre job.. Royal Mail hadn’t delivered the required kit, they are totally impossible to contact.. absolutely useless, they couldn’t care less about customers who are paying them, they just let everybody down. Royal Mail is another massive contributor to broken Briton

Requested and paid for parcel collection from house and they failed twice to collect each time waiting in all day. I then rearranged Changing to within 24yrs collection at higher price . This time they stated no sign anyone in except Sainsburys could ring the bell and deliver my order but royal mail failed to ring even with instruction on door or noticing inside door was open. No note through the door to indicate that anyone had actually been and had attempted collection only email.

I can’t believe how 1st class Royal Mail can lose a package that only has to be delivered 27 miles away. Absolutely disgusting. I’d give 0 stars but unfortunately it’s not an option
