Terrible. I have been trying to track an item from my solicitors, sent on November 2nd and have a constant, annoying, 'sorry try again tomorrow' message. The fact that it has NOT arrived over a month later AND no tracking is beyond bad! Never use these if at all possible...disband the whole organisation! All the other delivery services are great!

I think Royal Mail are holding the public to ransom just to get more money. At the end of the day it’s the normal folk that are suffering, families rely on delivery’s over Christmas more so than any other time and Royal Mail are using that to there benefit. They had my support until they decided to punish the public to get what they want, iv had delivery’s with Royal Mail for weeks that are still with them, tracking info not moved from them so they are just holding it for weeks on end, my children and many many others are relying on delivery’s. If Royal Mail are prepared to make others suffer just to get what they want j think it’s time for Royal Mail to go, leave it to the company’s that can get orders and delivery’s done far quicker than them and can’t hold people to ransom over Mail.

Why couldn't royal mail strike in summer not at the busy time of year everyone is waiting for deliveries letters for hospital appointments medication and parcels royal mail can not guarantee everything will be delivered in time for Christmas and lots of people are going tobe upset on everything arriving late . At least if you had done the strike in summary it wouldn't be so cold .

Royal Mail are not fit to run this vital service. Clearly, the government should admit their mistake and buy it back. Commercial interest and the mail service are not compatible. Service is abysmal. As prices rise, the service deteriorates.

All my Christmas orders from mid November have got to the centres and not moved, I go away soon so thanks royal mail you've messed up my Christmas plans, and I thought ordering in mid November would be in good time...

Waiting since over a week for an important document, first class recorded mail took nine working days Royal Mail thank you messed up sons future Now he has wait 6 months to reapply The strike is nothing to do about wages is how long you guys spend in the betting shop? And the junk mail you like to give out. Get paid for

Royal Mail is unreliable!!!!! My package being “arrived at the local facility” since 30 November for over 7 days, normally it was sending out 3-4 days There no updated or received parcels at the hub at all, Happened twice lost parcel So Can’t trust Royal Mail delivery Very disappointed. it not even worth one star 👎👎👎

Now been waiting as long as six weeks for items. Their tracking is non existent, rubbish even before the strikes.

Since the Royal Mail dispute, we are getting bad reviews on our web site, some deliveries are taking over 2 weeks, so our customers are not pleased. Get it sorted Royal Mail

I am very disappointed with the Royal Mail I believe they doing it by purpose stilling our parcels why? Royal Mail it’s not the same as before it cannot be trusted anymore it’s getting worse and worse I will never use them Please avoid them

They has a 48hour delivery service and tracking service which is good but it showed me that they had my parcel for 4days and delivered on the 5th day

Royal Mail is a bit like the Queen, Dead!!!!!!!!! Can't comment on the abysmal non ability to track shipments from ie ebay as there isn't a zero star rating. A typical institution kept alive while foreign investors and share holders make money for providing a service not fit for purpose

This saga began with a 'To Pay Notice letter of £1.50. This was paid on line and the saga took on farce !! First it was supposed to be delivered to our local PO. Notification received it was there but no it wasn't !!! In between strike days we eventually ended up back at the depot (Redfern Road). Produced a receipt re payment BUT our jobsworth wouldn't accept it. I have no idea what planet' s charter re mail he was quoting but he was possessed by the computer. Little Britain 'Computer say No' came to mind. My wife then paid again making an excess charge now of £3 for a letter which had 2nd Class paid already; expensive letter !!! We then finally see this mail and it is a standard letter sized envelope containing a small pamphlet. Apparently our guide into madness told us it was the computers 'fault' as it deemed the letter overweight ??? Have to say a somewhat pathetic state when employees' are run by the computer and cannot use their own 'common sense' !!! Also phoned Customer Services for help and first time told (by a robot) 40 minute wait and then when phoned 2nd time an hour wait. How has the once proud Royal Mail fell this low

Dreadful service - starting to believe that Royal Mail should be disbanded and the Royal Warrant removed. My poor experience is not an isolated incident and telephoning customer services is a joke - the worst (no understatement) customer service experience I have ever received from a company. I will endeavour to avoid Royal Mail for now on.

What a waste of time Royal mail is . An absolute disaster. If I were the boss I sack the lot of you . Who wants to work stays those don't just sack them . We are paying for a service which we don't receive. Still waiting for a parcel sent 22 Nov. DISGRACEFUL. I make sure from now on that I won't be ordering anything the come through Royal email or Parcelforce.

Time to pull the plug on this mickey mouse institution. A complete waste of time. All other services/couriers make the Royal mail look a joke. The general public is slowly but surely tiring of your incompetence. Strikes at the busiest time of year is unforgivable. Close it down...

Total waste of a company. Still waiting on my Barclays card. But idiots on strike. Think it's time for a new wave of postal services..... Plus not even worth one star. Pathetic
