Very disappointed of the whole experience. I ordered a G-SHOCK CASIO watch (GSG-100-1A3) for 156€ and at the local post office in Greece (ELTA) I had to pay an EXTRA 73€ to receive it!!!

As explained on our website, the shipping fees are paid by us but Import duties (if any) are always the responsibility of the buyer. While we regret that you had to pay import duties. Please note that in most cases import duty gets triggered based on value of the item being imported. Some fee is usually charged by all these courier companies for handling the clearance. We have no control over this. In future, we recommend you opt for 'Registered Post' as there have been lesser incidences of import duty levies for that shipping option. Do not buy from this sealer, will send you a difect watch then you will pay all the cost of the shipping and alot of wasting time !!!!

Good watch and fast delivery. But 1 day after i received the watch i got an email from customs that said that i needed to pay around 65 dollars in vat and customs. The former reviews did not suggest that this could happen nor did creationwatches write anything about this on their site clearly. I am disappointed.

Ordered and paid on 30/11 for a swatch watch which on line said 10-14 days delivery then you said upto 5 weeks. Never got and I want a refund and your ignoring my emails. This is fraud

Good level of prices, but higher cost due taxes, then not saving if you compare the cost for example with Amazon, then this will be my last purchase because in total not competitive prices.

hi team 1) I received a watch of 60 $ whith DHL and I had to pay 35 euros of taxes !!! 2) the watch i received did not work - perhaps a pb of battery - I don't know. but I am sure of one thing : I will never buy watches on your web shop again !!!

Dear Maya, Please check, it is an international warranty card or a warranty sticker with the date of purchase will be pasted on the last page of the instruction manual of your watch. I have purchased six watches this year from Creation Watches. The last two watches I received had problems. One had a dead battery. The second had been used and the bracelet had scratches on it. I had purchased all but one of these as presents and I was unable to give the last two as gifts. Creation suggests that I take the scratched bracelet to a Citizen service centre for repair. Without any offer to cover the bill.

I PAID TAX AND FEES ON A BOX I DID NOT ORDER. I don't care about the future, or the new box any more. I wont bother buying from you any more if this is how you treat people when you get something wrong! Do I have to take legal action against you to claim the money I wasted back? I am not asking you to do something impossible, you just need to take responsibility for YOUR ERROR. Let me tell you that I have not received the new box, or the box for the Citizen watch I bought either. So to make it very clear: 1. I bought two watches a Citizen and an Orient each with a box. 2. I received a Seiko box. 3. I had to pay tax on the Seiko box I did not order. 4. I received the Citizen watch and the Orient watch, and paid tax, no problem. 5. I have not (yet) received either a Citizen box or an Orient box, big problem. 6. I have contacted you Sally and Vanya many times and neither of you want to sort this out properly. 7. you continue to make excuses and try to frustrate me enough to give up, I WONT. 8. You can resolve this by refunding £40GBP. 9. Your next response needs to be "yes we will refund you" 10. If not I will not buy any more watches from you and I will happily tell everyone who will listen not to do so either.

Good luck if anything goes wrong! Having ordered an Orient watch I was sent and empty Seiko box (really). I had to pay tax (which I don't mind) but paying tax on an empty box which is just ridiculous. Creation will not admit their mistake, and refuse to rectify this.

this company not authorized dealer so the warranty is fake i did call Seiko they told me no warranty and good luck to buy a watches here. The good reviews are most likely a fake to...... I was lucky my watches work well but in the future ???

Watch arrived and did not work. Sent it to Seiko who wanted to charge me more than what I paid for the watch. The watch is supposed to be under warranty but Seiko informed me that CW is not an authorized dealer - they purchase watches from other sources. CW will only give my $10 for the repair. Still trying to resolve this issue but am getting no where. Very disappointed.

It's my first time ordering from CreationWatches.com. Ordered a watch online, Dec 31, 2018. Got an email requesting to confirm the shipping address on Jan 1st. Immediately replied...there is an error on my address and I asked a couple questions in my reply. No one has replied since Jan 1st. I've sent several follow up emails to get an update, still no reply. I'm now worried about receiving my order all together. This is quite surprising considering all the "good" reviews here.

Lorsque vous achetez sur ce site ayez bien conscience que pour un expédition en France vous aurez des droits de douane a payer. Et pas des moindres ! Je viens d'en faire les frais, 51,50 Euros de taxes à payer pour une Seiko achétée sur ce site a 149 euros ! Bref si je l'avais acheté directement en France ou sur Amazon je l'aurais payée le même prix ;-) Réfléchissez avant de vous engager....

COMPLETE THIEVES! Only buy if you are willing to throw your money away. I am a very experienced online shopper and this website is just a complete scam. Took my money. Sent me a completely different watch to the one I ordered and now want me to pay to return something that wouldn't even be worth the price of the postage, so that they can take 3 weeks to decide if I am due a refund. There is no phone number or return address on the website and the process to even get authorisation and an address to return product to is designed to ensure you give up before completing it, so they never have to worry about refunding you.... The watch I ordered was not boxed and was so completely different to the one ordered, that there is no way it was a mistake. Plus the cheap, basic watch sent wasn't even advertised on their website. Total Scam...

Dear Dmitry, We TOTALLY AGREE with your assessment! On our side however, once the product is dispatched from our warehouse, we have little or no control over what happens enroute. Our research indicates that most of the delays happen at the customs office either in Singapore itself or (usually) at the destination country or at both places. Purchased automatic watches were with totally unbalanced movement. Measurements at authorized service center gave following results: -40 sec/day in vertical position, +10 sec/day in horizontal position. Verdict: watches need serious repair at my expense (CreationWatches is not authorized dealer, it's stamp in guarantee booklet means nothing). Wrote 2 letters to CreationWatches, asked about their recommendation what to do in this situation, but there's no any answer yet. I don't recommend this seller, even with their cheap prices.

Customer Service is very poor. Have been trying to sort out an issue with incorrect email for 1 week. Local phone number does not work. Email are not responded to correctly. Live chat does not respond. How do I contact you to get a comprehensive response ???
