First watch ordered last year. Received wrapped in sort of small pocket without any authenticity certificate nor guarantee nor invoice. Did not work properly. Had to send hundred of mails before getting any answer from customer service. Then took them 6 months for 'repair' before admitting to refund the watch (without refund for the customs and without refund for my shipping costs). Second watch arrived beginning of August without again a authenticity certificate nor a guarantee nor an invoice. It stopped working after 2 days. Can not believe these watches are genuine. There so called 'customer service' is a scam. They do not reply to the asked questions and do not propose any helpful solution. Get away from these guys!!

Dobila sam pogresan sat. Narucila jedan a dobila sasvim drugi.. I ordered the Baby-G brown watch (BGA-150 PG-2B2) and got the blue one (BGA-150PG-2B2DR). I don't like blue color..😭

Ho acquistato un orologio a 87€ e doveva avere le spese di spedizioni gratuite. Invece il fornitore non ha compilato correttamente la fattura e in fase di sdoganamento ho dovuto pagare altre 60,87 euro!!!

SO DISAPPOINTED!! This was my first time.. and last time.. purchasing from this website. I ordered 2 watches and one arrived damaged and not in working order. I contacted customer service asap and their response was to bring it to a watch repair person and pay to have it fixed or pay for shipping to return it. I could not believe this was their response! I allowed them numerous opportunities to provide more appropriate customer service but they refused. Needless to say I will NOT be purchasing from them again and warn others as well. Total waste of my money!!

I bought a Seiko SSCO19P1 watch from Creation, I have ten Seikos mainly divers since my first bought in 1972 never had any problems till now, great price and delivery time but the watch stopped working just after I received it, I sent it to Seiko service UK with the guarantee I received from Creation only to be told by Seiko service they do not under any circumstances accept guarantees from Creation as they are not a Seiko recognised dealer the watch was repaired at a cost of £120. I won’t be buying from Creation again and would advise future buyers of Seiko watches to be aware of this significant problem.

Not convinced this is a genuine brand product. Be very careful as you can be charged very high IMPORT CHARGES that the website does not make clear. Plus Royal Mail take a cut as well. Contacted the customer services and got the brush off. I will never use this web company again. 👎👎👎👎👎

Pues yo compre un reloj para el día del padre, de repente me llega un correo de dhl diciéndome que ya había sido entregado y para mi desgracia el reloj no fue entregado, no lo recibió tampoco nadie en el vecindario, hablo con la gente de creation watches y me dicen que no, que el paquete fue entregado y que el paquete fue entregado y yo les digo que no... Que en mi dirección no fue entregado, reviso la prueba de entrega de dhl que ni siquiera tiene una firma de alguien de recibido, lo que tiene es la foto de algún lugar que no es la dirección que yo les proporcione, a lo que ellos me dicen que fue entregado en la puerta trasera.... y les vuelvo a repetir que no, que esa foto que tiene como prueba no es ni la dirección que les di ni ninguna de las propiedades cercanas. Yo era un comprador habitual de creation watches, nunca mas comprare ahí y les recomendaría que tengan cuidado si compran ahí. pague por un reloj que no pude regalar por el día del padre

I ordered a Seiko SNZG15 which shipped from Singapore to my home country (India). On checkout, there are two shipping options - DHL and Registered Mail, both of which are free. I chose DHL. I was charged 58% of the watch as Import duty from Indian customs. I paid $172 for a watch that was listed as $109 on their website. Import Duty of 58% can never be refunded even if I send the watch back to Singapore. This isn't the first time I am buying something from overseas, in the past I have had a lot of taxable products ship from China, Canada and Singapore. Never had a problem with customs. I'm not sure who is to blame here - DHL or CreationWatches. Either ways, I got ripped off for a watch for which I will not even get a warranty from Seiko. Please avoid this website. Like they say, if it is too good to be true, it usually is.

Avoid at all costs. When your item goes out for delivery you will then discover you have to pay an import duty (£23 in my case). This is not made clear on the website at all. Creation will claim it's the customer responsibility to be aware of the over-charge but in my opinion it's up to Creation to be fully transparent with their process. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Dont touch with a barge pole! Unfair practices. No indication that the company is based in Singapore. There is an added import tax borne by the customer at 27% which is not communicated at purchase at all. Its hidden in small print elsewhere on site. This goes against guidelines in UK. Customer service is very poor. Phone number does not work. Email and live chats are copy and pastes of standard responses.

Absolutely awful customer service. I bought my Seiko automatic watch from Creation about month ago. At start the watch the was perfect, however after 3 days of wear I noticed the watch was not holding time correctly and when held at certain angles would stop ticking. I immediately messaged someone about the fault, but after almost a week of to and from emails the best they could offer was $10 for the inconvenience. They refused to exchange/refund the watch even if I payed for shipping back to Singapore as the watch was in a "used" condition. Apparently because I adjusted the strap and took the protective stickers off they refused to look at watch, even though it was faulty. I can't get it seen by Seiko in the UK as Creation is not an authorised seller. I was livid with there customer service and would advise UK buyers to be weary as if you get a faulty product you are stuck with it.

Al llegar los relojes a España he tenido que pagar un montón de impuestos, que han subido el precio de los relojes en más de un 30%. ¡Mucho cuidado con lo que compráis! Os podría salir mucho más caro de lo que parece; como desgraciadamente ha sido mi caso.
