Don't trust these reviews, these are paid ones.\r\n\r\nUpdate:\r\nBig lies as usual in their response here. There was no 10% discount applied. Their Singapore phone line does not work at all. The shipping label can be cancelled online through system within 5 minutes and here its been days for them do this simple easiest thing. They have responded twice with the same generic template that they have forwarded to concerned department, that's it. They have their customer team located in some southeast asia and you can understand how the customer service will be. If you want to gamble with your money, they are the right people.\r\n\r\nI'm happy to change my review if the experience can be made right."

"I've just bought an Orient Bambino gen 2 watch from them. Great price. The order process was a bit nerve wrecking since I immediately got an email saying my billing & shipping addresses didn't match, when a screen shot showed they clearly did.\n\nWhen the order was shipped, the tracking reference wasn't recognised by Royal Mail. After a lengthy wait, I emailed Creation, who investigated but couldn't help. Luckily the watch arrived. I'm not sure whose fault it was - I suspect Royal Mail.\n\nCreation Watches were helpful and the price was great. Apart from the minor sanfu's above, the service was fine. The watch was as described, arrived in a nice bag, and looks great. It keeps time within the manufacturers limits (checked daily against the Royal Observatory website), and was in perfect condition.\n\nI would happily buy from this company again, but I'd like them to check the shipping references more carefully to increase customer piece of mind. I'd also happily recommend them to friends."
