“We bought a 65 quart cooler. This thing is amazing. We put 4 blocks of ice in the bottom and filled the cooler. 7 days later the blocks were about 1/2 melted. I’m ordering another right now. Highly recommended.”

“I bought the soft cooler for my husband. He was only able to use it a few times before the zipper broke. It did keep our drinks cold though. My opinion, spend a little more and get a Yeti. Or save your money and buy something cheaper so it doesn't hurt your pockets when it needs to be replaced.”
“Their products are comparable to brands like Yeti. However, their shipping is terrible. You can pretty much expect your order to be shipped about a month after you place it and then maybe allow another week or so to deliver. Their excuse is that they receive too many orders and they are backed up.”
“RTiC is the WORSE company to deal with. In order to even remotely look at your warranty, they need the email address of the person who purchased it. If rhey were won at an auction, how would I know who purchased it. They want pictures which were sent 6 times to no avail! The zippers in the soft coolers break with barely any use and you’re paying top dollar for their products. From now on, YETI has my business! I will NEVER purchase anything from RTIC!”
“My wife bought a cooler for my birthday. Spent a lot of money too. It rarely was used because the zipper was hard to close. Who ever heard of a zipper on a cooler anyway. Their product design allows for the failure of the zipper which renders it useless. I don't care about their stupid warranty the product has a planned obsolescence long before such a pricy item should. I intend on sharing that with as many people as possible along with their uncaring, unconcerned Customer Service. Buyer beware. That is what consumers need to know. RTIC SUCKS. DON'T BUY !”
“I am not happy with this company, around Christmas there bowls were advertise for 59$ for the pair, when I clicked on the link it showed 99$, so I contacted the company, I was treated very rudely and got the run around and excuses of why I would not get that price, I even sent in a picture of the sale price and they refused to honor the price even with proof that the sale was still being advertised. It was sad that such a company as RTIC would not go the extra mile with their customer service. I contacted them several times buy phone and email, and nothing, needless to say I just need up looking elsewhere , after being treaded that way.”

“Irritating to me this Company would require a $7 per item rush fee to have items by 12/20/23. I placed my order on 12/3/2023, not anticipating to receive until closer to 12/20/23. After reading other reviews, I should be happy I received my items. Thankful to have received our items already 12/8/2023. Very disgusted they charged $7 per item, 90 items mind you, when clearly their production is on or ahead of time, and in no way needed to charge our Company this extra $630.”

“Let me start by saying I have worked for over 12 years as a maintenance planner for a GE Renewable Energy manufacturing plant and have to deal with hundreds of suppliers and their customer service departments from all over the world and I would rate RTIC as the worst!!! I have never had to deal with such incompetence in all my years! RITC people can only do one thing and can't do that right!! I had trouble with LSO (Lone Star Overnight) not delivering my 52 quart cooler and basket I order, RITC send it twice using LSO on the third time it was sent FedEx and delivered two days later (a month after my order was placed so much for fast shipping). The 2 two other LSO deliveries are still at the final destination (little Rock AR) awaiting to be delivered according to LSO tracking.
Then I find out that the divider and on basket no longer come with the cooler so I order a basket online from their website that evening. The next morning (Friday) I get on chat to make sure it is not shipped LSO and an told it is shipping LSO so they cancel the order and tell me to call and place a new order!! Why can't chat do it? Oh yea they can only do one thing. I call explain everything and they send me a new order only instead of divider and basket they send 2 baskets. I call again and explain what is going on I need a divider and basket not two baskets and I explain about LSO and I need it sent FedEx they say sure. So they send me a return label and I check the order online Saturday and it is going to ship LSO. So I call again and they cancel the order and put in a new one and request it be shipped FedEx. Monday morning a guy in a FedEx uniform shows up with a package and the label is a LSO shipping label inside is the divider and basket from the first order that was cancelled This arrived 5 days after FedEx delivered the two basket. So I had to call RiTC again and make arrangements to ship both baskets back!! What a waste of my time and money, I will never buy anything from RTIC nor do I recommend them!!”
“Zipper on cooler continued to break after a couple weeks- the team replaced the Cooke twice. I simply asked both times for a cooler that didn’t have to waterproof zipper- they foolishly refused with no reason why. I would never recommend this company, Their quality is garbage even though it’s expensive.”
