“Although I have not received my rug I am super impressed at the response time of Rugs Done Right. The minute I email them about something they respond right away. Also, initially, when I emailed them the exact rug I was looking for they sent back an ad picture with my rug in a very short time. There was no question at all as to whether it was the correct one. As for pricing they can’t be beat. I checked pricing with 4 other companies and Rugs Done Right was the most competitive. ~ Janet (Spokane, Wa)”

“I could not have asked for a better experience buying a rug from RugsDoneRight. The online service and response from sale support was perfect. I was immediately informed of availability and ship time and was given a price considerably less than what I was expecting. The rug came right on time and in perfect condition.
